  • As I see it. Jesus was a smart man that belived in family the power is for the people and trough taking the power from the church by taking away sin on the cross makes it so obvious to me that there is no sin its a way to controll people trough that you are sinfull and he wanted that system away from the families. A person saying hurtfull things or rasist is a childish person nothing more :) it means to me that they dont understand more than what the words mean and halfhearted have a meaning.

  • We are human we all were born into sin but she does believe in the gospel at all she is just another famous person that sold there soul to the devil and is going to hell for that smh there is only one god and his name is the lord jesus christ NOT JUDAS AND ABOUSTLY NOT SATAN.God so loved the world he gave his only son to die on the cross for our sins. God watch was his son got beat, whoped, torn in his head, nails in his hand, and all that for u and me. Like what he did all of that for us smh

  • More simply. God is love. If you have love in your heart, God will be there too. Everything happens for a reason right. In a sense we need deviance in the world to know what we want in life and that is love honey. Thank you for reading. God bless.

  • Thank you for being so honest. I haven't been able to watch any of your other vids but I love how honest you are and that you don't name call others or otherwise bully others in order to get your opinions across. I think you are a little ignorant to say some things about Lady Gaga, but honey I will love you whatever you do. I'm sorry that you can't see that in Lady Gaga, but hopefully one day you will see the love in everyone and that everyone with love in their hearts will go to heaven.

  • wow.... I love your interpretation of it. Thanks :)

  • Basically im lazy to watch the entire video soo... here in a nutshell...

If you hate gaga because of her song? Fuck you... you are an idiot... etc.

    Otherwise. YOU GO GURL!

  • The song is about an ex boyfriend

  • Jesus=the good guy , Judas=the cheater

  • Blah blah blah contrarian opinion blah blah. By the way I'm a xxxxxx Christian and therefore my opinion is more valid because I'm brainwashed enough to believe in the same crap Lady Gaga never gave much thought about.

    *gets top comment*

  • I am a little monster and as well a Christian and I believe that judas in her song( those it's meant to be he x boyfriend) it's all the evil desires and things that we love and do when Jesus is het virtue but we all still go to our evil desires weather it's smoking drinking eating unhealthy cursing or anything really

  • Lady Gaga has a bigger influence than god

  • @pabstbluehipster which is sad.

  • @lovmezlavXOX Well she also has more to offer than God so I guess it makes sense

  • @pabstbluehipster yeah, no she doesnt. but you think what you want, and ill do the same, alrighty.

  • @lovmezlavXOX that macks no since

  • @pabstbluehipster < coming from someone who doesn't believe in God, makes alot of sense....duh!

  • This responce made me smile :) I love how you presented this. It wasnt judgemental or harsh & it had good insight. We should'nt judge Lady GaGa or judge people like Sarah Roodney who condem her. That job is for God alone. It pains me to c people all around making christians look like self righteous pharisees instead of the loving Jesus Christ. The more we try to be more like Jesus the more the world will listen to us and you.... have been a good example of what us followers should look like :)

  • interesting, Judas being misunderstood, that he was part of the overarching destiny of what became of Jesus Christ

  • Your wrong and lady gaga tweeted the meaning...

The main meaning of the song is that people are raised to believe in God and choose to believe in him and his teachings, but at the same time they turn around and say they do not have a problem with gay people. It shows that a lot of straight people are hyprocrites.

Lyrics: I'm just a Holy Fool, oh baby, he's so cruel. But I'm still in love with Judas, baby.

Translated: I'm religious and I believe in God's teachings but I still love the gays.

  • lady gaga judas vs Jesus youtube.com/watch?v=8msVf2AUG1I

  • I personally don't like the song like the beat and just not my type of song but I really do like the metaphors she uses to deeply describe some things. I'm happy people are actually trying to talk about this song and open it up more and see what Lady Gaga is talking about. I understand why Christians are mad. I'm a Christian too and my dad heard the song and told me not to listen to it that it's bad and stuff. But I think that some (as my dad) didn't deeply look into the song and look at the th

  • It's about the right and wrong

  • I love you :) im christian and I believe in jesus and I dont think lady gaga is doing anything wrong you just have to think out of the box and be open minded a bit..

  • Thank you so much! I recently got into a debate with a friend of mine over this song, and you said what I was trying to so well.

  • THIS IS THE BEST RESPONSE EVER

  • ahhhhhhhhhhgreee

  • I want to be a hardcore Christian but I love secular music

  • wait no religon is right or wrong because we dont know so christains might be wrong or right

  • Let's recap: IN THE ABSENCE OF GRACE, THAT WHICH CONFLICTS THE SOUL MANIFESTS ITSELF OUTWARDLY.

  • Jesus Christ is the truth tne light and the way. God is real !! He made us all. Every thing has an end. Are you ready for it?

  • I don't get it, if you don't like Lady Gaga or her songs, don't listen to them. If you are aoffended by Lady gaga and believe she is persecuting you, do as Jesus did, forgive her and thank her for making you a better Chrsitian. In other words, Read ther Bible, maybe then you will really know and understand your "God."

  • OMFG YALL R STUPIT. DA SONG IS ABOUT WHEN TINKIE WINKIE (DA TELITUBBY) FIGHTS PIKACHU AND JUDAS REPRESENTS DA JONAS BROTHERS WHEN THEY GO AGAINST THE ELITE FOUR. DAMN YALL R STUPIT.

  • @0wn3dforlife LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Isnt judas a metaphor for our own personal weakness?

  • Look you guys are really taking things a bit far don't you think? Obviously you are over thinking everything and really just trying to find the bad in anything in this video. There is nothing in here that really puts anyone down, I think it is just a prime example of how we all have something that makes us have a dark side.

  • there is n0 excuse for Lady Gaga and this song. It is plain evil and she is so satanic and you cant tell m that she is not she sold her sould for "The fame" SMH her dumb ass.

  • @Aaliyahluva33 damn then your an idiot.....Gaga isnt talking about the real judas... she is talking about an ex boyfriend//// plus i am so freaking happy im not a Christian!

  • Cristians the world never ended and lady gaga isn't bad understand you are always wrong! LOL I'm catholic

  • actually its about ex boyfriends that have betrayed her and she kept going back to them. shes comparing her ex boyfriends to Judas

  • PEOPLE. JUDAS = HER BOYFRIEND SHE IS RELATING JUDAS TO HER BOYFRIEND

  • So Judas is a Demon ?

Judas was a traitor—even a "demon"—according to a new translation of the recently revealed Gospel of Judas.

    Source from National Geographic News

  • I have a Youtube response to your video...search : lady gaga judas jesus....my ministry is called Matthew's Truth Garden...its 12 minutes but there is a reason. Hope you can watch.

I believe she is part of the body of Christ. God works in wonderous and mysterious ways.

  • I have another theory, Lady Gaga's son is really brain washing evil, Check out this part of the Lyrics :I wanna love you, But something's pulling me away from you Jesus is my virtue, And Judas is the demon I cling to I cling to Judas is the Demon. Lady gaga is crying at the end of the video, she is doom and she knows it, she sold her soul to her devil for fame and now she is doom Lyrics: In the most Biblical sense, I am beyond repentance Fame hooker, prostitute wench vomits her mind.

  • Judas is a song that is probably a song representing her love for the worlds different variety of religion, and I understand but also, she needs to realize that if Jesus id her virtue, she must follow him and the Father, which is God...and I am only 13...I hope people don't get mad and criticize us Christians for our view...God Bless.

  • When I heard this song, I wanted to hurt her! I am a born-again christian and how can she love Jesus, and also love the man who actually hurt Jesus by steeling from him and making money off of what he stole ! I am not against Lady Gaga and I pray that Lady Gaga will be set from the demons cast inside of her :/ but I am against her songs that are against God. I also agree that she should not be in love with two different Gods, but the true God! I believe she needs to go to church and be healed!

  • thanks for your opinion. When I first saw the music video of Judas I was shocked about the blasphemy of it. But then after listening to the lyrics I wasn't so sure anymore if it really was blasphemy.... I still don't have an answer for me yet. she sings about how bad her longing for Judas is (where I think she refers to sin or her vices.) and that's a good thing to say.

and yeah, you get people to talk about faith which is pretty interesting.

  • "I wanna love you, But something's pulling me away from you

Jesus is my virtue, And Judas is the demon I cling to

    I cling to."

The conflict is there, but it's clear she chooses to cling to this idea of Judas, that you described, as opposed to following Jesus.

Matthew 12:33 and following comes to mind: 33 “Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit...For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of."

  • lady ga ga , song is yes we fight between flesh & our spirit ,being flesh we cling to judas and our spirit half goes with jesus ...

  • I'm just a holy fool.

  • I dare lady gaga to offend Islam, she's insulted Christianity already and you know why she won't sing anything regarding Islam cause the people will want to kill her. You never know some deranged Christian might try and harm her. I wish ppl would just respect other ppls beliefs.. I know it's hard to sometimes but everyone has a right to their opinion x peace.

  • Wow! Let us make man in our image, in our likeness. So this is how these us/our image's made us man humans. Making man & woman with the same size brain/mind & both using the same functioning capacity too. So this must be how these us/our act/behave & look as well then. I get it now. Sorry everyone, but who wants to believe/follow be manipulated & conditioned by these religions cos if this is what it really is. Count me out.

  • I think it is funny how these major religions are making a big deal about it... They claim everyone should be christlike yet they themselves are not willing to love and FORGIVE everyone. If you perceive her song that way, good, forgive her, move on with your life, BE LIKE CHRIST. I'm not even a fan and I think her music is very cliche but I find all the ignorance in this world and youtube(of course) very disturbing...

  • LADY GUYGUY IS THE ANTI-CHRIST!!!!!

  • I think it's a beautiful depiction of good vs evil. Not being familiar with religion, I took it as,she is torn between the good guy and the bad guy, & she's supposed to kill the bad guy and she can't, she is too holy, spares him, & then gets punished for it! We are so quick to condemn w/o understanding! As Whoopi said, Judas is the only 1 without free will. His sole purpose was to betray Jesus,&Jesus forgave him for it! Our society is so backwards that we cast stones w/o looking @ ourselves!

  • Judgement is here. Repent Watch Homeless Christ

  • we have priests, pastors or ministers to tell us how change our life like you said God does not share his throne with anyone, remember even Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light 2corinthians 11: 14 , so best thing to do,no listen so we don't sin more than what we do

  • I am agreed with you, I enjoy your video a lot I am christian and I don't like gaga and any of her songs

:/ I fully agreed with everything you said but I still think nobody should represent Jesus if is not to sing about his greatness and how much he has done for us ! JESUSIS HOLY AND DESERVES RESPECT ! i don't wanna judge her, but I THINK

  • FINALLY A TRUE CHRISTIAN!SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WAT HES TALKING ABOUT! :)

  • FINALLY!!!! A SMART CHRISTIAN!!!!!!

  • Very nice way of seeing what she's trying to show us.. the part of not know which God to follow I still believe that its bad because people sing it and repeat judas which is technically devil

  • LOL at the idiot who thinks Jews are offended! Jews don't give a crap, it's Catholics XD besides, Gaga is a catholic and she fully believes in God and Jesus (and so do I)

  • Also, check out Lady Gaga's song, type into youtube : BLACK JESUS AMEN FASHION

In this song, Gaga says, "Jesus is the new black." Given what this expression means in fashion, it is some of the highest praise ever given to Jesus. It is like Handel's Messiah, and saying " He shall reign forever." She is saying that there is a growing trend ( that will last forever ) that Jesus will be universally accepted and regarded as cool and indispensable, like clothes of the color black.

  • Well, it isn't just the Judas song, but the Judas VIDEO, which is even MORE religiously oriented. Gaga still torn by an old boyfriend ? That is a good joke ! She is certainly no shrinking violet in relationships with men ! Gaga gave that interpretation, no doubt, so as not to offend Jews too much, and the Illuminati. The song and video are OBVIOUSLY religiously themed, and you gave the correct interpretation ---- and it is just traditional Catholic stations of the cross theology.

  • it is false in that was not Magdelene, yet the song matches the false teaching in the bible. Maybe they hate a gimmic with no point, or fear that she'll make people stray?

  • Hana Hou!!! Very well said

  • finally someone talking sense :)

  • I think this guy is gay because he is talking about rubbish stuff ! Man who the fuck is lady gaga by talking part of her speech about her song. People grow up and open your minds for once , we should be more interested in what the hell is going on in this world rather than talking about bitches and their personal affairs!

  • gaga is a catholic she accepts jesus as her savior and openly states it. i am also a christian and a ''monster' i love her im so glad you had a well thought out analysis

  • U R A SMART CHRISTIAN MAN

  • It's not the end of the world, it is just a musical statement about love, religion, faith and all the other rubbish that makes us weak humans.

  • this is the first video i would agree with :) you make a very good point :)

  • I agree 100% ..I declare myself to be a Christian as well and I think she is illustrating the hypocritical nature of believers everywhere...we all at one time have betrayed Jesus in our ways ..and as for me I can tell you I do that often and if it werent by the grace of God I would not be seeking righteousness...It's soo sad that Christians do not seem to understand the concept in the song...She's smart where her metaphors seem a bit provocative but nevertheless the message depicts the truth

  • Lady Gaga said Judas is a metaphore for betrayal, like in realationships.

  • This is probably the best video on youtube discussing "Judas". It's totaly unbiased and level. Every 1 else is just opening thier mouths and letting stupid fall out. I Subbed :)

  • Great video, good points, thanks for sharing. :)

  • yes!!!!!

    glade someone opens their eyes

  • I agree with you. And one thing which made me sad. I saw comments under it, with people who didn't know who is Judas. The didn't heared about him, before this song. So I think that this song is provocate question to people who is Judas for example, and they go to search and read. In this I can say the song has an idea. Second you can see on the door number 697, which is symbolizes "Psalms 69:7" : "For I endure scorn for your sake, and shame covers my face.".

  • I disagree with your theory, but just hear me out. I think Lady Gaga wrote the song to say we all have good and bad in us, some cling to the bad more than the good but there's nothing we can say about it sometimes. Now everyone's freaking out, and quite frankly, I think its ri-goddamn-diculous that someone would be offended by it IF THEY ACTUALLY LISTENED to what she's saying. **cough, cough SARAH ROONEY cough, cough** excuse me.

  • @mekuhl20 Apparently sarah rooney's video was supposed to be satirical. She didn't actually feel that way, but she should've made it a bit more obvious. I also think it is quite funny that a pop idol's song can stir up so much controversy about religion, but I think it's instances like these that create a good oppurtunity to share opinions, as long as it is sharing and not pushing. Who knows, maybe gaga did intend more than just controversy or the sake of being "different" with this song.

  • alright not trying to be a bitch and all but come on... It's just a song if you don't like it don't listen to it!!.... I HATE Lady gaga but I love this song. I'm a huge rocker but just the way she sings the beginning how she says "I'm still in love with Juda-as, juda-as." I personally don't believe in anything though when it comes to religion though, Im always "I'll believe it when I see it" D':

  • I do think that conversaton will be brought up but whats the point if the truth of the bible is perverted and most of society even some christians dont know the bible enough to see the severity of words and what we as individuals say out of our mouths. And who is the king with no crown. Jesus or Judas? Mary wiped jesus feet with her hair. she is going to do that to Judas? Im sorry but I just dont agree with her. she is leading the culture astray.and no one said anything about the upside cross??

  • @kimetha275 ( "Judas", he is a king b/c he has power of influnce, but no crown b/c a true king does what is best for everyone, and thinks nothing of himself) (hair= "Judas" showing how much she put herself out their for a being or lifestyle that betrays her) This song is a metaphor for many things, but what it has in common is that the message is how evil is a addiction, and no matter how much u want what is good, and how many time u suffer from choosing the wrong path, u go back, and feel lost.

  • I dont like it at all. I get the controversal aspect but she is saying I love Judas.. She also says love is a brinck it can build or sink a dead body? Also.... she mentions that biblically shes beyond repentence.. but thats not what the bible says. Im fearful that because the culture does not know the bible it wont be a conversation at all. The culture is singing the lyrics of the songs over themselves and almost condemning themselves based off the words (her song) that comes out of their mouth

  • @kimetha275 But that is most people. The bible say every man is short of gods glory, and yes u can repent for ur sins, but have u ever done something so wrong that u think how can god love me. or u do repent but u have this habit that is so hard to break, that u keep ask forgives for it, u start to think....geez Im beyond repentence, god will not keep forgiving me so you mentally push urself away alittle because u feel ur not worthy.

  • @kimetha275 also if you dont have knowledge of the song u cant condemn yourself. God knows what is in peoples hearts. remember ignorance is bliss, God judges you for what you know, what you can account for. If this is true do you know how many children that die before the age of 13 would be in hell, Do you really believe that a 3 y/o that stole a candy bar and died right after is going to be condemned.

  • @kimetha275 ok the brinck, you ever heard that song soilid as a rock, The right kind of love can help you build a strong foundation of security, the wrong kind of love can way u down, so heavy that that it can sink a dead body, which when u think of the science of a dead persons body in water, that pretty heavy. Also if u look at the begainning of the video, she is on the bike with "jesus"(on with the good, trying), but she keeps looking back at "judas"

  • @kimetha275 In the video there are 4 scenes w/ her sitting in a tub between both, she is torn. If you look at the end, there is a part when she is making a decision, she standing in between jesus and judas, and it seem like she is trying to do the right thing and leave "judas" but it is hard. She goes back to judas, judas kisses jesus like "hA I won" and as gaga is upset cling on his garment, its like "jesus" grabs her hand and kisses her forehead like" its ok, you come when you are truly ready"

  • Also if you are a Christian and your faith is true nothing other than God himself will influence you no matter what.

  • I am not a self righteous Christian who goes out and says everyone is going to hell. This song is weird to me but I have to agree with the guy in the video commenting on her music and yes it should make people think not have them fight about who's right and who's wrong. We have different points of views and if you listen to these sides of the stories you can explain yourselves.

  • thanks to this song i now know who judas is and i owned a bible(shortly thereafter i burned it)........ religon of the inscure

  • Here's what I think of her song: it is a great musical representation of how we, as humans, struggle with an attachment to lustful, dirty, often considered evil and bad things, as well as addictions. We cling to these situations, if I can call them that, rather then focusing on the more spiritual or God providing side of life-- Faith and a devotion to something that isn't earthly but rather life-giving and life-satisfying, rather then compulsive indulgences.

  • thankyou. i agree.

  • So, in musical terms, you say Judas is more of Lady Gaga's usual shtick. I agree, but I still think she sets the bar higher for what is expected of pop singers.

From a personal stance, I love the song - for the time being. Maybe my atheism lends a positive bias toward the song, but so what? Gaga doesn't seem to settle for dumb lyrics and sampling from other songs - most of the time.

  • Next thing she will do is write a song that she is in love with Bin laden and everybody will say, ohh how cool, that's awesome, we r so stupid now a days, what u call it open minded. let her keep poisoning the minds of the young pple. If you are really a Christian, you should do something to stop her. If she offended Islam, the Muslims would have killed her already.

  • symbolism, she has gone way far for controversy and publicity, I think she's been hired by the devil. So what u r saying is that she is criticizing us saying we are hypocrites claiming we believe in Jesus, but following Satan's way, like her? I think she needs to stop writing her songs when she's in cocaine as she admitted, because, she's not composing art, this last album is pure crap to be honest. I think the end is close and we are to experience false prophets like her, wrong idols.

  • I think all she says is bull, because not only on this video but most of her videos, she uses the cross, and disrespects it, why would she choose the 12 bikers as the 12 apostles, she shows, thomas, judas, peter and john, not to mention Jesus with a crown of thorns, saying he is a king with no crown and that he will bring him down. You have to be careful with her lyrics, since they can be interpreted in many diff ways, and she is taking advantage of the ignorance of many pple to show her evil

  • Thank you for this! There are plenty of us "religious" that don't find this song to be offensive. The use of the word Judas is often used in many contexts.. just as the way people might use the phrase "doubting Thomas." This song isn't necessarily about the person of Judas as you pointed out, just about a type of betrayal and choice. Gaga is extensively progressive but it's time for some open dialogue. Agreed!

  • Thank the fucking Lord, at least one Christian that doesnt have his head up his ass:D

  • I'm not religious because of certain events in my life but I really respect this. Thanks for your take on it :)

  • bout time someone knows their stuff

  • Do lady Gaga really know Jesus?

  • I see the song as one big metaphor. I see it as a woman who has found a man that can take care of her, love her and be kind to her(jesus) but she is still very much in love with a man who hurts and betrays her(judas) like so many other young women fall into that trap. Thats how i see it, yet your point is valid too.

  • I just listened to Judas (and actually listened the lyrics) and I 100% agree with you. I really don't know why people criticize this song when it's obviously not about being Satanic and I knew that from just listening to it the first time. I mean really, she says she loves a demon and people start making assumptions that Lady Gaga evil. What those people should really be doing is actually LISTEN to the song and stop over reacting.

But I've noticed lately, people have been pointing fingers at

  • Dude if your not already, will you marry me?? :D

Lol, but seriously I totally agree with you! Before you even said it, I knew where you where going with it. Like Judas ( in the songs and Gaga's case ) doesn't really HAVE to be Judas from the bible. It's just like a demon that she's still in love with even though she is (or rather trying to be) faithful to Jesus. Dang, you've opened my eyes, even though I didn't not like the song b4 :D

  • Ppl just need to get off her nuts and get a life literally

  • After listening to so many of her songs and watching a lot of the MVs, I already knew that this wasn't supposed to be taken literally. I already knew she was also Catholic so I didn't even bother with the people who kept saying she's a devil worshipper.

I have had this song on repeat all day, just because of the lyrics. We can all relate to it and I do respect her for at least writing her own songs and putting some kind of meaning into the lyrics.

  • Lol, I'm atheist. It's all bollocks to me!

  • Straight up. That's exactly how many of my friends are. Including myself. Thank you for this video. People really need to watch this and get the right interpretation.

  • There are so many people who look up to Gaga and want to be like her. She has such an influence on today's youth... I think people will start to act like her and think it's okay to 'worship the devil'. She knows how powerful she is and i don't think we should underestimate the power of this song !

  • thanks for video. it was short and to the point. i tried to watch the video response from thunderbolt94 but half way through i lost interest. i never was a gaga fan but thanks for explaining the song.

  • i really dislike the song, not only because the lyrics pertain to the whole "loving judas" thing, but i personally dont like lady gaga's type of music. this video made me think though, never thought of the message like that. very intelligent guy

  • and thanks for being awesome ^_^ far too many religious-type videos are nothing but hate, and that's the truth. which genuinely saddens me. when christianity is so completely saturated with love and understanding, how could someone who love christ miss his most basic teaching, from which EVERYTHING he taught comes from? i'm not a christian myself, but i do love jesus -- pretty cool guy, that one. but anyway, thanks again for not being hateful and just for being awesome in general ^_^

  • I think Jesus was more of a metaphor, like Judas was in the song; I don't think she meant anything like "I'd love to be Christian, BUT...". That's really just my opinion though. I really liked hearing that interpretation of it though, I hadn't heard it before. Interesting. And THANK YOU for seeing more than just one side to this song, for not automatically saying she's the devil for saying she's in love with Judas or something ridiculous like that.

  • I hate looking through these comments and seeing hatred and hypocrites. There are so many people who need to have a RELATIONSHIP with Jesus and not just be "religious" so I pray for all of you that you stop arguing over this and to all the Christians, rather than to hate or argue, reply with love so that you may better reflect Christ(:

  • The Bible, yes it is a book filled with wonderful ideas that promote love and caring for strangers. But it is not to be used as a historical reference nor a source for the law.

At the end of the day. Jesus did say "Let is he who is without sin cast the first stone."

  • @Rammeup45 lol shut up god isn't real. the bible is bullshit. shut up you conservative asshole

  • @evigtvackra ...Did you at all read my comment? I clearly said that the bible-like the Qu Ran in Islam- does have some good ideas that mean well. And of course it has bad ideas. I had only spoken about the bible in my comment. Nothing of God. At what part did I offend you?

Conservative? Let me simplify things: I KNOW the bible is not a history book, and it is NOT a tool to measure another person's life. I'm really confused as how you became angry enough to comment back like that..

  • Seriously? You're all fighting with people you don't know over an issue that doesn't effect you. People have a right to their opinion. Stop acting like children.

  • @droptozro

I see where your coming from and I understand what you mean. Let's not continue sinning then.

  • Lady Gaga may be wrong, but who are we to judge??

  • umm, well It's still b;asphemy...no matter if she means it or not. and she means she is torn in between good and evil, she always has to be torn between "good" and "evil" like in Lovegame, "love or fame?" and now in Judas, "Jesus" or "Judas".

  • @chacha197201

I see where your coming from and I understand what you mean. Let's not continue sinning, then.

  • @chacha197201

    Sorry, wrong person sir.

  • I don't get it? How do humans say "Well uh, Gaga's going to Hell". It's so confusing to me because I thought only God can condemn mortals. We're all sinners, so why do we judge her ourselves? We're all human.

  • @nejixavier12 Thank You!!! I think the same....

  • @nejixavier12

Because we read the Scriptures... and the Scriptures teach us how to know who's on the broad path and on the narrow path. It's simple discernment, and while you're correct that we are not the final judges--we are the ones who can warn about how God's final judgment will be... hence telling you what to stop doing and how to be saved so you don't end up on the wrong side of that judgment. If you cannot tell that Lady Gaga is living in sin/promoting it, then you're blind friend.

  • @droptozro

I do understand that the Bible is God's word, and we should spread it throughout the world. However, I still don't think we have the right to accuse others of being completely evil. We can say they sin (since everyone sins), but going as far as condemning our brothers isn't right. This song can definitely be seen as something that spreads negative propaganda, but we also can see it as how life really is: wanting to stay close to Jesus, but sin keeping us away from him.

  • @nejixavier12

If you understand that it's His words, then you should understand that's all we're doing... there are many places we're commanded to expose wickedness, judge righteously, and warn those about hell and spread the Gospel. We're all wicked truly, but only those who've repented and trusted in Christ have made use of His grace.. it's available, but if you don't receive it you are a child of wrath.

I must correct you though, we don't all sin-we have sinned, but don't have to continue.

  • Amen.

The song works on a number of levels, like you say, even though GaGa won't admit to it. It absolutely does present the question of 'Will I choose Jesus over Judas?' I don't know if this means she has made the choice of one over the other, but it shows us the struggle we all face: the choice of good over evil. As a human, she is drawn to the dark, as we all are, but she seems to be in a position where she's trying to do the right thing, but it's hard because she's 'still in love with Judas

  • I enjoy this video cause this guy is mellow headed about this song, but also JUDAS IS SUPPOSE TO STIR UP CONTROVERSY! That's what's so great about this song in my opinion

  • respect the catholic..and also our mighty god..

i warn you to stop this..

because someday you will regret this

  • respect the catholic..and also our mighty god..

  • I find it interesting how she has the skull & bone in this video. The skull & bone can also means poison. Cos in some of her other videos she seems to like poisoning. Is she trying to poison the minds of the youth generation with her open mind debauchery acts & dancing, like it's somewhat (OK) the hand sign. She also seems to like being touched/mauled a lot too,or has a some1 she trusted/loved once poisoned & used her, but loves the betrayal cos it offers her more desirably satisfaction.

  • @hipsnotch ohhh i BEG you shut up. im a catholic christian. i went to church this morning. and i can relate to the song! dunno why but i understand it as being the boyfriend dilemma...and if god says you must choose between hell and heaven, you still have a moment in your life when you must decide. judas is that moment maybe?

  • @Mikayla707

Catholicism is idolatry and another gospel.. get out of it. I just spoke to a Christian the other day who was freed from the idolatry of Catholicism after 20 years... please flee from it, it'll send you to hell. There is no purgatory, Mary was not sinless, and you can be free from it.. please pick up the Bible and read it on your own.

The fact that you would "relate" with such a sinful song/singer is even more of a testimony of the fact that you're probably of the world, repent.

  • @Mikayla707 Oh I'm so sorry that I've offended u, but next time when u drag ur pitiful brain dead ares to church. Can u confess & say is it normal that when a woman gives birth she releases pretty butterflies from her vagina. Shit! Sorry, I just said vagina. Fuck! I just said Shit! I have a right to speak my opinions about something I feel is not quite right. Just like this devil worshiper Caca u idolize, admire & understand think she has the right to spew out the obvious through her ares.

  • Thank you for being an intelligent Christian. I agree with you and I enjoyed your video.

  • I agree on your points. I really do like the song though. I don't find it offensive, her music is just so deep, that it's hard to understand the point in it.

  • im a Christian, ans i find no offense in this. she hasnt said anything bad about Jesus Christ. she calls Judas a betrayer.

    how is this bad?

  • The end was interesting, is she being stoned? Possibly a reference to the story in the Bible in which the religious leaders try to get Jesus to help stone a woman caught in sexual sin (Gaga says something about being a known prostitute). Gaga is certainly getting a lot of rub from religious people about this song and her life style. Though I don’t agree with a lot of what she is doing, I definitely can’t be the one to throw the first stone. I hope she eventually finds what she is searching for.

  • @thepursuitblog you'e got the meaning wrong. totally wrong! the song is a metaphor about loving the wrong person. It's a metaphor for her boyfriend!

  • God bless you! u are right....she is anti Christ.

  • @ERrefuge Wtf? You again? Search Lady Gaga praying.

  • @horachel7

Why would that matter if she's praying... God only listens to those who do His will, those who don't live in sin, and broken repentant sinners... her prayers won't be heard.

  • @droptozro 1. She does NOT live in sin. She is not a sinner. Who are you to judge her? Unless you're God, how would you know He has not heard her prayers?

  • @horachel7

I'm only telling you and others what the bible teaches...and we can judge, righteously. We tell you how God will judge so you don't end up on the wrong side of the fence when that day comes. I don't have to "know" her personally---I don't know why one would defend this, she promote homosexuality, fornication, murder, lust, in her music/videos and probably many other things I don't even know about--these are all sinful. If she doesn't repent, she's not being heard.

  • @droptozro "So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her." John 8:7

It is not our job to judge others. We do not know for sure what God thinks, because we are human. We have no idea what Lady Gaga's relationship with God is, and just because you may not agree with her choices that does not give any of us the right to judge her and claim that we know how God feels about her.

  • @scdance10

Thank you for actually using Scripture to attempt to justify your response, because most would just cry back "don't judge!." But unfortunately you are way off in this attempt..for that verse has to do with a woman caught in adultery, legally condemned to death(literal stones), and she was broken over her sin crying out for mercy and it was given to her-notice also, Jesus said to her "Go and sin no more."

Lady Gaga is a hellbound sinner/deceiver--unless she repents and trusts in Him.

  • @droptozro She does NOT promote homosexuality- it is in their genes. Homosexuals don't choose to be one. What, they choose to get bullied and lead a harder life? Wake up one day and say, " Oh, today I'll be gay." No. there is no murder. And lust- it is human nature, she does not promote it. Although 1 of the 7 sins many still commit it even if there was no Lady Gaga. And I know what the bible teaches. Thanks. And. DON'T JUDGE.

  • @horachel7

She's promoting sin. I get bullied, cursed at, and hated all the time... this is no argument--I chose it.

It's also quite hypocritical for you to tell me not to judge(this is a judgment), while you did judge yourself... do you not realize that you judge daily, the question is are you doing it righteously?

She's leading other to hell... lust has confines, within marriage. I don't expect you to understand, I'm just telling you the truth.. you don't know the Bible at all it seems.

  • @droptozro May I ask you why did you choose that?

    2. Ask that question to yourself.

    3. Open up the gates then. We're all coming along.

  • @horachel7

To know//serve Him, and to fish for others to know Him also that they might be saved from sin, from death, and from eternal fire for the just punishment of their sins. See God could have justly let us go and be punished for we deserve it, yet He loved us so much He died a human death for us to be with Him.

I have asked it to myself, I used to be a nihilist--Jesus said count the cost.

Eternal fire never goes out, yet I bet you wouldn't even put a lighter to your arm for 1 minute...

  • The song itself holds the exact meaning you interpreted it to hold, but the video is just downright offensive.

  • Brilliant video mate

  • This isnt about being respectful or disrespectful to religion.

Gaga appreciates Religious Art and wanted to convey that in her work.

Also she has said that Judas represents an ex-boyfriend who she's still in love with despite him betraying her, and leaving Jesus for him. Its not meant to change current ideas of the bible or be a new representation of the people in it.

    WISE UP PEOPLE.

  • @becsyfoster

Yes it iss.. Cause even in her song alejondro or how ever u spell it.. alejondro means defender of man which is god.. and she sings im not your child im not your child alejondro..

Gaga is on sum next stuff and hipnotizing us all.. but hey keep listening to her,, God is coming back soong hopefully.. n well see where gaga will end up obivously in hell.. (that comment may get ppl mad but w,e)

Sorry i dont know if your a believver or not but i just had to say itt, :S

  • Also she isn't torn lol she has clearly picked Judas

  • I heard the song and saw the video for the first time today and I agree with your point but I think she just took it too far, she could have sang the song and gotten that message out without being so offensive. And before anyone flips out, watch the video first. She can't say she meant no disrespect. The video is a mockery of Christianity and is very disrespectful.
