Frontier is one of the more mature seasons of Digimon, but I wouldn't really consider that quote to be to be too "bad". Earlier in the season, Takuya and JP accidentally peeked on Zoe (who was changing into a bathing suit). Part of the scene (namely the part with her in the "Sexy Dynamite" bathing suit) was actually cut from the English dub.

In the pan/crop section, there is a mask option underneath the keyframe timeline. It's only available on pro versions of Vegas I think.
