That was a rather slow acceleration for a Maxima to 60. I've done much quicker in my '91. Hell, my '92 Lumina got to 60 in 8 seconds once (that was a good run).

i acknowledge nissan is a little below with most of its applications in terms of quality, but the new altima, maxima, and murano all are just as good or better with quality of materials than honda and toyota competitors. the new 2009 maxima fit/finish is just as good as the avalons, which is the closest thing to a lexus that toyota has done
