I know who someone who has a 05 379 will run GPS verified 130mph. Dyno proven 720hp to the rear wheels with an 18 double over and 2.60 rears and gets over 9 mpg.

Ohio allows a 6mph (9 km/h) grace period so u can run up to 61mph (98 km/h) with no worries of bein pulled over. 3.) U GOT PASSED BY A SCHNEIDER TRUCK!!! 4.) Ohio truck speed limit is now 65mph (105 km/h) on most rural interstate highways, i have no trouble driving 68mph (110 km/h) with the cops.

i do 60. no faster than that. 55's too slow unless you're in a crowded or busy area. on the open road, 55 jus isnt safe. Specially when a state has a 70mph speed limit for cars but a 55mph speed limit for buses and trucks. Thats jus making the big vehicles a death trap and puts them in the way.

What gave you the idea i was a truck driver?I only drive a truck for my job,like the cashier rings up groceries and the toll booth operator collects tolls. Yes! The 65 mph speed limit will change on July 1st, 2009. It will be 65 for cars and trucks. There is also another proposal to change it to 70 for everyone!

I know exactly where you are at on 76. Your near Youngstown Warren where 76 turns into 80east just crossing over the Meander Reservoir bridge construction. That construction will not be completed summer 2009.

I'm sure you have experienced truckers passing you at 70-80mph while you are doing 55-60 safely in PA . I've experienced it several times driving I-80 East trying to keep up with the truckers. Eventually I just back down to 67.

I quit running a CB because I just find it annoying and I just don't use it.If there is something blocking the road up ahead and I am stuck in traffic for hours..I just get out my grill and make burgers.

I love TomTom but Garmin may be better because it has a trucking program with bridge heights,weights etc.

I havent seen the garmin with a trusk program. I use the a newer NUVI and it works fine I got it at a love's and when I get close I use my atlas to check bridges and the like. And so far it has been dead on .

I always get irritated with slow drivers in the fast lane, especially during the holiday months... I typically drive pretty slow myself, but I keep to the right. I just hate those pricks that are trying to prove a point... 55 doesn't fly in California!
