Not exactly. Most do have a strength setting but it is not adjustable to be stronger after a certain number of plays. Whether or not you win pretty much is determined by how the operator has the machine set and how much they stuff the toys in. They can set the claw to different percentages, but that doesn't mean that the claw will payout 25-30%of the time, just that the cost of the prizes will be 25-30% of the machines revenue.
