It does bring back lots of memories. But, inspite of the feel-good factor that this song brings out, even though our country has progressed so much we still over half the population in poverty. It's simply an inescapable fact, we still have a vast majority who don't have three meals a day. Atleast from my perspective, it doesn't matter if India every becomes a "super-power", if we can alleviate and reduce poverty, that would be our greatest achievement as a nation.
