  • Good question. People are too eager to sell out these days. Should sound a bit like The Damned and early Clash as they were influenced them as well as others. They really did sound 10 X's better live. Glad that the reissue is better and wish I had it.

  • Damn,..what happened to music ?

  • HOLY CRAP! This is GREAT! Reminds me a little of the Damned, but stands on its own. Really good! Would love to buy this someplace!

  • One of the most prodigious punk singles ever. Also, it just got reissued on vinyl by Last Laugh Records (I have no affiliation with the label, btw) using the original master tapes. I have both the reissue and the orig., and the reissue *might* even sound slightly superior: a bit bigger, badder and punchier. Quite a rare quality for a punk record reissue, as you surely know if you own a lot of 'em!

  • i lived in New Orleans from 02-07 and the New Orleans locals i made friends with introduced me to The Normals and i'm glad they introduced me to the Normals :)

  • had this single lost it to Heroin.

  • Buy their albums!

    This is my dads band!

Support them by buying the record and not illegally downloading. Kay thanks.

  • I second theeuprise!! Can you also send this to me?

  • YES.

  • good song to jerk off to.

  • 1978 music history

  • Had this single, lost in Katrina. One of the band members worked at the Mushroom back in the day!

  • new orleans answer to the damned!!

  • great song

  • Oh wow, I cannot believe this is on youtube, Nice! Thanks Normals for the good times some of which I actually remember.

  • A serious classic by the definitive punk band in NO in the late 70s. The Jam called The Normals the best band to open for them at the time.
