I spent late 2008 and early 2009 getting a '6 years in VN disabled vets re-evaluation' & living with my son on a sailboat in Marina del Rey.Born in south central LA in 1942 I walked around Santa Monica and I was shocked!I've been in Ukraine since '92, making life work on a very modest pension.I saw on EVERY bus stop bench, there was someone LIVING!How can this be in a country I gave 17 years of military to and my gg-grandfather signed the Dec Ind, bottom sig, column 2!
