Thank you so much for sharing this video. Bill Nash's voice is exquisite and so is his interpretation...the lyrics seem to be touching his soul. His voice now sounds just as good to me. This is just amazing.
OMG!! I've been looking for Bill's music. Had some old 45's, but house broken into and they took all my records : ( . Use to go see Bill, Gary Smith, Randy Cornor, Roy Head, Kelly Schoppa, Ron Coleman, and Ronnie Parker all the time. I missed those times.
Hey! I just had to visit again and listen some more. What an awesome song. Rather good singing too. I love it. Thanks again, Nash 3. I wish I could give you a million stars, but hey, just go look out the window at night and say, "Thank you, Lord, for all those stars."

theres only one man that can sing this song and his name is Kris, sorry but ur mans voice is shocking, even ur man aaron presley couldnt make a song of it
It's a warm feeling to come over here and listen to Phil, Kris and Bill Nash and follow it up with the 2010 video of Phil introducing Nash3 singing a dreamy version of "When Will I Be Loved". Can't get better than this!!!
Fantastic Bill! Always wanted to hear you do that tune. Wasn't aware the video existed. I just stumbled across this looking for Larry Gatlin's "Sweet Becky Walker". Good luck with your upcoming event with Larry.
Thank you all for the comments. We didn't realize how rare this video was until we found out no one else had a copy of any episode of the show, not even Phil. He asked us to make him a copy to have. He's such a nice guy in person. We created a new video with him recently in Nashville, and it will be up soon. Keep checking back.
This is really a treasure, not only Phil and Kris and Bill, but this is one of my all time favorite songs. I would really appreciate it if anyone has more of these shows that Phil did,to please post them. Thank you AGJ for sending and thank you Nash3music for the great posting. 5***** Happy Birthday Phil, You are forever in our hearts.
This is incredible. I have been searching for anything from his In Session shows but could find nothing. If anyone has more if these clips, PLEASE post. Thank you so much for this post
This is great. Thanks AGJ and Loretta for sharing. I was telling Mary (ebfan41) a few days ago that I would surely love to see some of Phil's early shows. (Thank you, Lord!) Doesn't Phil look young? Gorgeous! May he always be. Bill does a great job singing. Thank you, Nash3music for posting this. 5 stars.
I have a video from "Sound Stage" 3/6/76 of Phil with Dion. They have a chat session about the old days & he and Phil sing a duet on Dion's newest release at the time & on "Dream" if I remember correctly. Dion sings three songs & Phil sings "When Will I Be Loved" & some songs from "Phil's Diner" including "Invisible Man" & I can't remember the rest... been awhile since I watched it. Phil looks & sounds great... has a good time with the audience. It runs about 45 minutes long. Thanks Loretta!

Hard to believe that Phil is 71 today! However, to me he is forever young!
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" PHIL... and many more to come!

Great job on one of the greatest Kris Kristofferson songs.
I believe this is from Phil's "In Session" Show which ran in 1973 & 74. Do you have any more clips from this show?
