What controls do you have to fly that thing?

to steer while in flight there are two steering bars attached to the bottom which you rest your feet on and push out either left or right on depending on which direction you want to go, they are attached to steering lines which pull on either the left or right side of the chute causing an increase in drag allowing you to turn in that direction. To go up or down or fly level you just increase or decrease the amount of throttle that you are applying
