I found a lump while taking a shower on the left testi any way's, I went and seen a Doc about 2 weeks after finding a lump. And withing those 2 weeks I started to feel a dull ach in both sides of my pelvis. I then got an exam and found out I had Cancer Age 22. But the up side of the cancer people should know is. Not all cases dose it mean you have cancer. It means there is cancer in that spot. And if you have cancer in your testical theres a verry high survival rate!
@gatfeek64 It didn't hurt to much out of a scale of 1 to 10. Id say about a 4. But as the Tumor grew after about a month. It was about 6 out of 10. But usually in the afternoon it would hurt alot more.

@xifumouse Most men get confused with the Empidymis sperm tube..dont know how its spelt..anyway they confuse this tube with lumps and bumbs that are unusual, if its soft and squishy then its most likely to be normal! If its slightly hard thenm your still fine..but if concerned go see your doctor.

Just an update. For me, at 1st i felt & worried about what turned out to be the epididamus (connection)- but as I was sore, I still checked and every little molecule left me worried- turned out to be a strain- both a groin pull (muscle pull) and i am pretty sure I "held back" (time/pressure) from 'shooting' when I was ... in sexual release. (don't hold that back - and don't hold urine back- both do not want to go in reverse and could harm you &/or cause pain). I will still get checked out tho.

By being normal is this something called the "appendix of the testicle"? It's right next to the head of my epididymis. You can get a blood test called an Alpha Feto Protein test which is also a pregnancy test which will show if you have any tumor markers. Ask your MD about this test if you suspect. It may sound weird but the pregnancy blood test works for men to discover testicular cancer.

I finally went to the doctor because upon ejaculation there was a strong pain in the lower right abdomen and also the sperm texture was not normal. DO NOT BE A JERK LIKE ME AND GET IT CHECKED ASAP!
I highly suggest going to a urologist for an exam and it doesn't hurt. The doctor will most likely do an ultrasound test like the same test used on pregnant women.
To put all your worries to rest I had tesicular cancer and it is usually a big lump and the "ball" feels out of shape. I stupidly waited 3 years after feeling something weird and had to have it removed. Had I gone to the urologist sooner maybe it could have been saved. I still have a little "pea" size on the left one but it is on the epyditimis. It is nothing to worry about.

By being normal is this something called the "appendix of the testicle"? It's right next to the head of my epididymis. It's been there for so long and I am not showing any testicle cancer symptoms upset for a painless lump.
It's in the exact same place, shape and size as the appendix of testicle. Is this what I have?

i rly have no idea what im looking at here but my friend knows this really well. if you feel mainly just any pain numb very sleepy, lack of sexuall craving blood in semen then i think that would be canser. And yes everyones asking why is the left testical smaller. I think thats how its supose to be, again im not rly worried about this. i was at first but as the days past im like "meh, rly could care less" also to keep urself canser free, eat healthy foods and plenty of excercise

ive had a lump on my right nut its bigger than a pea, and its right where the epiditamis should be, i think but it cant be the epiditamis because nothing close to that big on my left nut, ive had this for 3 years i went to my doctor twice since then, the first time he cleared it sort of unnasured...then last year i got it checked again, and he said he was sure it wasnt cancer because the lump wasnt hard. but it is hard. i dont know i should go back, could anyone with experience enlighten me?

i did a little later after i wrote that comment. Still no closhure his words were "I'd put all my money on it not being cancer, but if you're really worried about and need complete closhure go to the hospital and get a catscan" He also said doctors are way too quick to remove testicles these days. This doctor sort of 'specializes' in testicular exams as he has to do them for university students for mandatory checkups! And it feels exactly like the first diagram.

You can get a blood test called an Alpha Feto Protein test which is also a pregnancy test which will show if you have any tumor markers. Ask your MD about this test if you suspect. It may sound weird but the pregnancy blood test works for men to discover testicular cancer.

I finally went to the doctor because upon ejaculation there was a strong pain in the lower right abdomen and also the sperm texture was not normal. DO NOT BE A JERK LIKE ME AND GET IT CHECKED ASAP!

I highly suggest going to a urologist for an exam and it doesn't hurt. The doctor will most likely do an ultrasound test like the same test used on pregnant women.

To put all your worries to rest I had tesicular cancer and it is usually a big lump and the "ball" feels out of shape. I stupidly waited 3 years after feeling something weird and had to have it removed. Had I gone to the urologist sooner maybe it could have been saved. I still have a little "pea" size on the left one but it is on the epyditimis. It is nothing to worry about.

dont worry bro... i dont have a bump ontop of my left ball, but my left ball hurts, as iff i hit my self unoticley , i most liley injured my self while lifting whights, strained it, or i could havecaught it from sitting on cold concreat or sleeping on the wrong side and tred on it...but as for that bump, just dont worry about it, many people have it, people say its a sign of cancer but its not, cancer is inner, the ball is normal completely.
