press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.

its there u just use the enabler on the mms on iphone floder that is on the discription. make sure itunes is off and iphone is unplugged. it will let u do the ipcc file. then u do shift update and on the pop up bottom right corner u have to click carier setings or something like that. then open the att us ipcc will take about 30 sec. then u reboot and ur done
