@rossco00115 these guys aren't mercenaries. a mercenary is someone fighting for munimum wage in some third world cesspool because he can't hack it in the real world. private contractors, however, are professionals with militray grade training,-almost always ex-military or police, sometimes ex-spec ops- who are using their experience to protect private companies and big government groups, be it body guard duty when possible assasins have lots of firepower, or doing what the american army cant do.

@SanSalvadotion Well BlackWater or Xe only works for US and US Allies, so they don't fall under the define word of Merc, also they fall under the US military code of justice, the issue was they were no exact rules towards them, also they were working with the allies, 170 priv groups, some are mercs, that they thought wouldn't be accounted for, the name blackwater became the new name for merc, so all 170+ priv groups, when ever they do something bad blackwater got the blame b/c they are known

@SanSalvadotion I think they can, to an stent, since i really dont see these working for the enemy...but there were a few cases in which some american mercs were training Colombian guerrilla the FARC, but i dont think they were blackwater...but at the same time blackwater (Xe), DynCorp etc...do have assets in Colombia hunting down these guys as well as FARC members...so i believe the cooperation can be trusted but not the individual freelance mercs.
