Draw frames on ms paint, put them together in Windows Movie Maker, then just add some effets. Its easy when you get the hang of it :]

I drew all the frames out but i didnt use video effects to speed it up

For the flashbacks i used video effects [the sepia tone thing and fade in and fade out to white]

At 00.33-00.40 , it drew out one frame then i used the cut thing on MS paint to move the picture down a bit then i drew another bit in the picture then saved it as another frame (:
