Hi, it is really fake project. I purchased one house and paid within one year and according to term and condition the Sahir Associates is bound to hand over within one year but they are fail to completion and making excuses even 6 year passed now and still they are using money and not handing over house to the allottees. Just they hand over very small number of house to the people who got strong position in public. They total cheater.
