I do not go visit the Blessed Sacrament because I am a Catholic. I go there because I believe Jesus is truly present there.  Ofcourse you will not find Eucharistic Adoration in the Bible. But you will find that Jesus tells us that what He will give us is His body. Not representation of His body. Not a symbol of His body. You will not see it with your eyes, but you will see Him with your heart.

In John 6:51-56, Jesus states repeatedly that whoever eats his flesh and drinks his blood has eternal life. In 1 Corinthians 11:27 also has reference of the eucharist. John 6 does not say "Verily, verily, I say to you, I was only speaking symbolically," when referring to eating His flesh and blood. Neither did He call back and explain some other meaning to those who left or to His inner circle, the apostles. Jesus was always thought to be in the eucharist, until the Reformation, folks. Why else would Paul say that those who are eat and drink unworthily do so to their damnation, if bread and wine are only a symbol? Catholics wrote the Bible.
