defeating bunta needs a driver with skills, experience and knowledge of the maps....

and it takes determination to own all those.......

it took me more than 3 tries to defeat him...... i have to memorize the whole map.... now i can even draw the map without looking x.x

They dumb down the difficulty on the psp version, because of the psp controls., which is perfectly understandable. The drifting is easier, and the AI is mildly easier. And Bunta in this game isn't hard to beat, compare to the arcade version.

I like the music and it amazing that you actually won with all thoughs fails.. the game obviously never had a nack for giving damages and lowering car power accordingly.

Of course the majority of your fail is your line.. although some of your corners are excellent you lack timing when going from the outside to the inside in a corner and then recovery.

Your either to far out in the innitial entry or too far out in the exit. Your line isn't continuous at all. It easy to tell.. you need practice

Speed wise, there isn't a different. It's just that manual transmission allows you to have more control over the speed of your car. This means that you may be able to make the exit speed of your car on turns much faster since in automatic you have to wait for the car to rev to speed up to keep the speed up.

manual is way faster than auto because with the auto, u can't really perform any techniques...with manual u can perform feint drifts, power drifts and the eraser technique, and those techniques makes ur car faster...when auto starts off it shifts up when it comes to the redzone, but in manual u shouldnt shift up until its in the red zone, for my car i shift from this 6000rpm-65000rpm-7000rpm...use manual its beter

yes....the R32 is on this game....

and no Ridge Racer drift mechanics would not fit well on this game....any moron can play ridge racer and destroy its tracks....heck even the N64 version was simple...turn into corner A B A... turn out of corner and adjust steering......and when it came to those small tight consecutive turns......you could always just pull off a 360 and bam....your through....nothing has changed much with the jump to the ps3

one way of catching up and overtaking bunta or any other drivers is using AE86..

tune everytnig..once u have the black hood on the car..so when u are behind on ur opponents car,switch off ur headlights..and the opponent will unable to see u..

I'm Better than you, I raced with bunta and he can't go near me and I did not bump to walls my time is 3:12. I'll Give you a tip, the fouth turn after the 2nd checkpoint don't stay on 5th Gear just turn the car then go to 4th Gear then it will Drift by itself without losing speed don't brake then the hardest part is the next turns because it's hard to keep up with very fast speed without bumping so use the left gutters. It's kinda hard even for me all you just need is practice.
