He's one of the characters in the intro of Dynasty Warriors Online (called Dynasty Warriors BB in Japan). Since players create their own characters for that, I doubt he or any of the other characters used in the intro will be playable, although I expect you can use their models/weapons for original characters.

first, liu bie and Sun Shang Xiang are married, second, Xiahou Dun did not chase down guan yu, Xiahou Dun was sent to retrive guan yu it was lu meng that hunted guan yu,Xiahou Dun just never trusted guan yu, and liu bie was pissed about wu and wie joining to take down guan yu so liu bei took the shu/han army to go after cao cao and in the end it cuases liu bie's and shu's downfall
