can't. Settings are at 50hz refresh rate. It will be offset. The color converter will be a bit distorted. My easycap has no "dvd" setting to begin with. It just has color encoding settings, then 4 settings to adjust brightness, hue, etc.

no because it doesn't work. It says it can't find the capture card. I use windows movie maker and capture the video at 2.1 mbps.

I spent 3 hours just to get it installed in the first place. It took like 20 installs just to get windows to install the software.

Look up easycap reviews and help topics. I'm not the only one with this problem.
