@SuperMurphyj the CF enlistment papers usually have a page that asks for your signature, incase of refusal into the CF. DND will forward your resume to the RCMP.

@IAmThe1337zor if the CF will not accept an applicant the RCMP will no accept the applicant. the CF does not have super high standards. You either have to A) Be a complete failure and not pass the simple tests, B) be out of shape and not pass the fitness test, then you are sent to 'fat camp' for 4 weeks or untill you pass the fitness test. If you can not pass the fitness test after 4 weeks you are released.

The boarding parties are actually made of Navy members. Mostly Bostswains, cooks, Sonar Ops and stewards also make up the rest of the team. However, JTF2 are training memebers of the Navy for the MCR (Marine commando Regiment) its a new regiment.

The RCMP would not provide an entire boarding party. They would provide a SNCO to ensure the "take down" went according to Canadian law, but the Navy would carry out the action.
