use solar panels.burry it partly in the ground for heating and cooling..maybe run circulated water with a outside wood burnning chiminea. in the summer use a buried container of water with a circulater pump for cooling.55 degrees.

Imagine a whole community of these at OWS? sanitation department would have an easy time moving them with their trucks but they'd be fire proof so they would help with the fire hazard arguements
