I agree with hammadshams in that I do not see deviation of the trachea. I believe the patient's torso was angled slightly to the right because the right acromioclavicular joint is slightly lower than the patient's left. Thanks for sharing hammadshams.

The trachea should deviate to the right slightly AT the aortic arch, knuckle, notch, whatever you call it!
