  • The trachea should deviate to the right slightly AT the aortic arch, knuckle, notch, whatever you call it!

  • trachea is normally deviated(slightly) to right side.

  • I agree with hammadshams in that I do not see deviation of the trachea.  I believe the patient's torso was angled slightly to the right because the right acromioclavicular joint is slightly lower than the patient's left. Thanks for sharing hammadshams.
