  • Thank you! Thanks to you at Youtube and Itunes, I now have the song on my Ipod. And guess what? I'm grooving while typing this text. Get down! OWWWW!

  • Muy buena la mezcla de las versiones 80 de las canciones que sonaban en esos tiempos

  • I remember this from when I used to go to kids discos when I was about 10

  • 2 dead!!

  • Pena que o tempo não volta, mas o som permanece.

  • Where can I find a copy like that?

  • In 1977 a few years before this Stars on 45 came out, WLS played also a medley of Cafe Creme's "Rock Unlimited Citation" which is a Beatles Medley…in my opinion its much better than Stars on 45….

  • i wasn't born in that time but i really love the oldies song are the best

  • I first listened to Stars On 45 back in 1990 or 1991 and got hooked on them right from the start. I still love their music to this day and found both Stars On Long Play I, II and III at a record store a few months ago.

  • FANTASTIC! My uncle is/was a DJ, and I remember sitting in his studio with him listening to him spin records. This was one of my requests almost every time when I was with him! Subscribed!

  • I just heard this single on 'American Top 40-the 80's' countdown w/Casey Kasem; this weekend's countdown was from April 1981, with 'Kiss On My List' by Daryl Hall & John Oates replacing Blondie's 'Rapture' at #1.

This medley hit #1 a few months later for one week, and I still enjoy it, thirty years later.

  • Brought to you by Dutch producer Jaap Eggermont! I love Stars on 45!

  • Ironically, we're listening to "Stars on 45" on a 33 and 1/3

  • Do you have the Beatles version?

  • @beatlesfan464 This record has the Beatles medley..Advance the video to 5:32

  • @vinyl12s Thanks for letting me know... I thought the beatles one was another single... I found it somewhere on YT thats about 11 minutes.

  • @vinyl12s Ah. But do you have the FULL Beatles medley? [I have a version without the well hidden edit!]

  • @beatlesfan464 This Track has a Beatles medley at the end, but the tihs alsoa full Beatles medley. Search stars on 45 Beatles medley (full) on youtube and you should find it. There are many video for this. It is one of my favorite Stars on 45 tracks.

hope this helps! I love Stars on 45

  • Freaking awesome! Thanks!

  • Oh Shit.. I did not think this was available on record... How did you snag this puppy up????

  • @courttube3 Found it on discogs..

  • Was this the 12" version of the same medley that was released as a single for airplay?

  • @CapeRayer22 The version used for airplay was stripped down under 4 minutes and eliminated all but The Beatles and The Archies..I'm pretty sure this version was issued commercially also..It was a three track record titled "Stars On Long Play"...I might still have that retail copy in my crates.

  • @vinyl12s Oh yeah! The "Stars On Long Play" record! Had the cassette.
