TheFamousClassicalHistorian of Islam Ibn Jarir Tabari wrote inHis "History":
“In the time before Islam, Abu Bakr married two women. The first was Fatila, from whom Abdullah and Asma were born. Then he married Umm Ruman, from whom Abdur Rahman and Aisha were born. These four were born before Islam.”
Being born before Islam means 13 years before Hijra! So Aisha was 1or2(before Islam)+13(before Hijra)+2(after Hijra when married) =16 or 17yearsOld when married!

Sahih Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, No. 399:
Aisha (RA) herself said :
"The verse (54:46) (sourate The moon) was revealed to Muhammad in Mecca when I was a playful little girl."
In another hand this verse was revealed the year 9 before Hijra.
Her marriage to the Prophet took place 2 years after the Hijra.
So it couldn't be less than 11 years (9+2) for the verse, and in addition, Aisha was at least 5 because she remembers a verse!
Then Aisha (RA) age should be 5+11=16 at least!
