It is good to know there are people in India who can converse in Devabhasha. I feel reassured this is still a language that is not dead and can resurface at some point when public interest grows. All holy mantras are in this language. Hence the good vibes that u feel.
Not sure what u mean. The guy is speaking sanskrit with a south indian accent just like some people may speak english with a south indian or bihari or bengali accent. It is still sanskrit.
Well!! Looks like you have graduated to Modern Hindi from Hittite! Phonetically they sound similar. Are you sure you meant Hindi and not some other PIE derivative?
"Sir", if you vent a public opinion expect comments and rejoinders...after all its a public forum. Do not expect to make baseless comments and get away with it...
My comments aren't baseless, you're just ignoring the evidence I give for my position. Ask any linguist and chances are you'll find he agrees with me.
The comparitive method and PIE hypothesis is seriously flawed. A lot of conjecture has been injected to making the AIT theory all of this has been recently rejected using statistical analysis techniques and DNA techniques. Also a wide variety of philological analysis has been done. I take particular offence at the frequency and ease with which these theories are banded about without asking some basic questions. Aryans are from India and Sanskrit is original with some borrowed words.
That's a mighty provocative statement you have made.
Do you still make empty statements and ask "Sir" to go look for proof? Or are you becoming more scientific and have something to back these allegations of yours?
when ignorance is the only qualification, people come out with such stupid statements....think before you make a statement. whether it originated in India or whereever is not the quetion..ru able to know wht it is, know sanskrit and then discuss. ur logic is based on your belief and nothing else, if ur belief is wrong ur logic is also wrong.
You are wright..........after a minute, he is starting to use a hindustani accent and the accent is an important thing in classic sanskrit, even more in the vedic one.
well, according to the research now, ancient indian culture predates greek culture by atleast a 1000 years, so i would rather say that sanskrit came before greek rather than greek before sankrit. however, i still think greece has much more history than other European countries.
Sounds like an old mumbo jumbo Indo-European languages. We muslims have no time for such rubbish. As far as we are concerned nothing existed before Muhammed.
if there was nothing existed before muhammed then who gave birth to him. you're basically saying all the world started less 2000 years ago. and i think that's not right and it's stupid.
Go to hell if u have no time for this. I know u have time only for blowing up people around u or procreating with many wives or writing your stupid script from right to left.
you are the ignorant one! greek is the only mathematical musical, geometrical language on earth! with protogenic roots in it's words! the mother language! Sanskrit derive from it! greek gave the birth of scientific, philosophical, technological, astronomical, medical, terms of all the languages on earth!
Sanskrit and Greek are related, but that does not mean that one was "derived" from the other. These languages are part of the Indo-European family which also includes Germanic, Avesta, Slavic, Latin; each of which came from a common root but evolved separately. It is possible that Greek (Yavana) and Sanskrit may have influenced each other though. Respect to all languages and cultures, that's what I say!

This comment has received too many negative votes show
No one supports the theory that Sanskrit originated in India except nationalists, Vedic mystics, and anti-Western racists.
