  • And Sherwood Pictures believe to not kiss someone who you aren't married to

  • very nice, I feel the same I had never kisses anybody else than my husband.

  • LOL now wonder that kiss was so passionate. I was wondering about it since he is a christian man that is amazing.

  • his fans compared to others holding up weird signs lol just normal Americans waving to people back home, Hollywood we are burnt out on some of this crap you shit out. We see how you generalize/marginalize us it was funny at first now its just obscene. Most of us aren't running around willy nilly screwing everyone!

  • @cblazer ps. your giving the world a skewed view of us Americans even the 1% you portray in movies don't act like that

  • Thank God for Fireproof and thank God for saving my marriage back in 2009. Godbless you brother Cameron.

  • Kirk is so awesome and he's always gonna be my fav actor cuz he's real and loves God just like me so rock on Kirk :D

  • 40% of the country is some form of Christian enough to want to see Christian movies. No market my butt.

You should read S.E. Cupp's (she's an atheist) book, "Losing Our Religion" -- then you'll see how marginalized Christians are in American culture.

  • Kathy Lee is so sweet!

  • wait, do they know he loves Jesus?...

  • You can't help the masses by demanding more sacrifices and suffering of them, while insisting a small group on top (millionaires and billionaires) must remain without any burden whatsoever.

For a billionaire to pay almost half in taxes is not a burden, it's a provilege. For a shrinking middle class to take on more and more of a load while the rich bask in the sun is somehow viewed as WRONG. Why? Because it IS WRONG.

Stop crying about how tough the rich have it. GOP is over-playing this one!

  • I just pre-purchased the DVD at a Family store for $2. wink wink ;)

  • While the majority of Americans may see Birthers and child beating Pastors as whackos, we don’t need to look very far to see how stringent, intolerant Calvinist dogma has tainted the entire Republican Party.

  • I might disagree with his beliefs and his standpoint towards evolution, but he seems to have good reason for his beliefs and its clearly made a difference in his life, i think people should give more respect to peoples beliefs because everyone has different opinions and philosophy's in life and we should all be able to respect each other.

  • women are such sluts....

  • All u negative and judgmental people need to read the bible. Jesus created men and women for one reason only. I think it's wonderful that Kirk Cameron is a Christian. I wish everyone did the same thing before Jesus comes back to on judgement day.

  • @TimotheosCauvin Yeah kindda. You see, its better to make choices for yourself instead of following bronze age myths from primitive MISOGYNISTIC people. Those are infantile choices, and it happens when people need daddy, or, sky daddy to decide for them.

You're implying that this supposed god owns you, right? I know the bible is pro slavery but that doesn't make it right, and it's IMMORAL to want to be a slave or to spread the word that we should be slaves.

  • Being a Jesus Freak was your CHOICE. If you don't want to be laughed at so much, keep your warped "faith" private. Nobody cares...at least MUCH LESS than you think!

Gay marriage equality is just another option. You can still marry for reasons other than LOVE, like always!

  • Everyone's favorite low-IQ teenager, and now the posterchild for evangelical Christianity.

Sorry, but this guy is not a role model. His religious know-it-all attitude is offensive.

  • @thursdaysrecords1 he doesn't have a religious "know it all" attitude. The reason Christians share their faith is b/c we desperately want to see people spend eternity in heaven with the Lord, so we want to share Jesus with them. We believe that Jesus is who he claimed to be when he was on this earth. We believe that he died and rose again for the forgiveness of sins. I either believe it or I don't. Either Jesus is the way or he's not. Either the entire bible was a lie or it's true. your choice

  • @stephaniejane81 Got any SMART kids to parade around talk shows? Why does your God only have limited IQ representatives? And why can't He ever get those He "speaks to" ELECTED?

I know why, and I bet you do too. Wanna take an "educated guess"? (This aughta be good!)

  • @thursdaysrecords1 Sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about. Believe what you want and someday you'll find out the truth, and if you're right then it doesn't matter what any of us does or believes in this life. If nothing happens when you die and you just cease to exist, then I've lived a blessed awesome life and it does me no harm to believe what I believe. But if you're wrong...well, you know what I believe. again, your choice.

  • @stephaniejane81 You're a liar. You KNOW exactly what I'm talking about. If you're so proud of your faith, you should be better able to defend it when someone comes along to point out that it's nothing more than man made make believe BS.

You failed. You always do. If you don't want to be ridiculed, stop being so ridiculous.

  • @thursdaysrecords1 why don't you just ask me point blank what you are talking about and maybe I could defend my point of view? What are you talking about? Are you asking me why Christians never get elected? Ronald Reagan was a christian and he got elected twice. George W. Bush is a Christian and he got elected twice. There are a lot of people that run for political office that are christians that get elected. And you could see miracles like I have and it would never be enough proof for you

  • @thursdaysrecords1 no he is a very good role model, an excellent one. He doesnt show off, he doesnt say how rich he is, he doesnt say how big his house is, he shares the love of God. God bless you Kirk, thank you for your witness

  • @elibeth121 He is a low IQ, self-righteous babbler.

His "knowledge" is based on faith and nothing else.

Sorry, but I prefer INTELLIGENT adults to pretty boy dim wits.

I'm not into ghosts and gobblins. My life is based on facts, not fiction. I also embrace my mortality rather than having delusional alternative realities floating around my mind.

Life is beautiful, but it's too short for the Kirk Cameron flavor of BS.

  • I hate it when people make choices for religious reasons.

  • @dredoc1 Yeah, it's like everythings about that God when it really should be all about me ... I mean, who does this God think that He is - the Creator of the world or something?!

  • I disagree on there being no market for faith-based films. There is a huge market...if you go ahead and look at the opening weekend for Courageous (from the makers of Fireproof) it came in 5th - BUT if you take it and look at sales from the perspective of most tickets sold per screen (it was shown on a lot less screens than the other movies opening that weekend...) it came in FIRST. How's that for a market? Praise God for these producers and actors who are stepping it up!

  • Fireproof got featured on MSNBC?

    *crickets*

Didn't realize it had gone out THAT much into mainstream. And folks, shut up. You make yourselves look like idiots.

  • The film bombed, there is NO market for faith based films.

  • @Neral10 This was actually the highest grossing indie film of 2008. This is right after the indie boom after Juno in 2007. It did really well, grossing 33 million dollars that year.

  • @takitheterrible

yeah, but it's not even in the top 20 grossing indie films. And mainstream critics hated it. Brokeback Mountain made over twice what it did, and it was also indie.

  • @Neral10

Haha sure, and Japan won WW2... Get it right, it is one of the most sucessful (also in gross) indie movies ever made.

  • @Risenfors Calm yourself christian. Yes on DVD sales at dollar store. Have a nice day.. G-D Bless..

  • @Neral10 The film didn't bomb. The film did amazing in the box office, it easily exceeded his budget, and to say there is no market for faith based films is just silly.

  • @marshan3q A flash in the pan, it did well opening day then the heavy hitter came out and it crashed and burned like the Omega Code and Left Behind series.

  • @Neral10 The original LEFT BEHIND movie did terrible in the Box Office, it barely (and i mean barely) made it over it's budget. Fireproof made $32 million on a $500 thousand budget. COURAGEOUS, the newest movie from Sherwood Pictures is about to surpass Fireproof's gross, and it was made on a $2 million budget, has got pretty good reviews, and has been in over 1,100 theaters across the world!

  • @marshan3q I have to say the Conservatives are strange with Family values and morals, but they love to watch pornos.

  • @Neral10 What? I'll admit that there are people out there who do watch that, but I don't watch those, and I think they are wrong. What does that even have to do with what we where talking about though? I really don't know where you are coming up with that.

  • @marshan3q 1100 theaters mean nothing if they don't sell the tickets. Its fun to prove the right of the their blunders of tapping into a gray market.

  • @Neral10 Crazy thing is.... they are selling tickets, still are. Plus, the distributor has added hundreds of new theaters recently (last week and a few weeks before i think), which distributors usually only do if the film is doing well, and what do you know, it's grossed over $31 million...which is fantastic for an independent film, especially considering it's budget.

  • @Neral10 So to say Christian films don't have an audience is kind of silly.

  • @marshan3q Christians. I should say younger christians, would rather see Paranormal Activity than this snoozer.

  • @Neral10 Um I'm 16 and I've never cared for Paranormal Activity but if it was a choice between another movie and Fireproof. Fireproof would win hands down.

  • @theumgal You appear to be a home schooled kid and know nothing. Please for the sake of your education write a more comprehensive sentence. Too many fragments. Ciao

  • @Neral10 Actually, i'm not home schooled. You appear to be a lonely hermit who generalizes way too much. Enjoy dying alone asshole :)

  • @theumgal Your clever, so that you know you can't travel with anyone after you die. But for myself the Master of the Universe will greet me as it states in the Torah. Have a nice day gentile.

  • @Neral10 who cares, this faith based film encouraged me and perhaps will lead others to God as well as encourage them

  • @elibeth121 I would rather see Kirk Cameron make an ass of himself on the Trinity Broadcasting Network with a banana.

  • 2:28 stfu woman

  • i was wondering how he could be kissing another woman, but now i see whats happened :) nice kirk

  • malkmusianful, you misundrestood what he said, he never said, he ise going to hell for kissing somebody else. he said is a personal commiment to his wife.

  • Necronomicon page 5: Cthulhu shall rise up from his sunken prison of R'lyeh when the stars are right. He shall consume his cultists first, giving them a merciful death. The same is not said for the irrational hordes of deluded fools, worshiping idols and imaginary gods.

  • @Malkmusianful (Cont)

James 1:13 When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone.

  • @Malkmusianful (Cont)

In Matthew, Jesus did not question Satan's role as the ruler of this world. "The Devil took him along to an unusually high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory, and he said to him: 'All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me.' Then Jesus said to him: 'Go away, Satan!'" Matt 4:8-10

  • Malkmusianful (Cont)

John 14:30I shall not speak much with YOU anymore, for the ruler of the world is coming. And he has no hold on me.

John 16:11 then concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.

  • @Malkmusianful

You said, "If God thinks that shlock like "Fireproof" (it is bad on all cinematic levels) is great, then why is he in charge of the world?"

Well, here's some verses for you to think about:

1 John 5:1-21 19 We know we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.

John 12:31 Now there is a judging of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out.

  • lololol kirk cameron, what a joke

  • So, marriage = inability to actually immerse yourself in a character.

When I found out that Kirk would only kiss his wife for that scene (then again, he and Erin don't have enough chemistry together), that took away the idea he was playing another character. Until he dies, he's just going to be playing Kirk Cameron. It's not a smart decision just because he thinks God will kill him over a play-kiss - it's Cameron misinterpreting his own religion.

The sad thing: he does this all the time.

  • @Malkmusianful

The bible says a husband should love his wife as Christ loved the church, which is a sacrificial and self-denying love. Clearly, his career in acting comes secondary to the love that he has for his wife, as it should. I guarantee you he has more joy than any other celebrity that doesn't have the same respect for their own marriages and I'm most certain that God will bless his decision to set himself apart, even if you and the rest of the world thinks he compromises a "character."

  • @mzfreckle3 Straw man detected: assuming that all secular celebrities are depressed and/or sadistic human beings is not only wrong, but also against the idea of "he who has no sin shall cast the first stone."

Yeah, I'm a sinner by your regards, so I shouldn't judge Cameron. I just don't believe the guy's really putting his heart into the art of acting. You know, you can do that AND still keep God as your #1. It's not that hard.

By all standards of acting, he's compromising his character.

  • @mzfreckle3 I've read people arguments saying that human standards are terrible standards, therefore we should keep God's standards.

If God thinks that shlock like "Fireproof" (it is bad on all cinematic levels) is great, then why is he in charge of the world?

I don't think that art should represent an unattainable system of perfection - it should merely show the real world as it is and how we can stop it. Cameron should know this. Cameron should take this to heart.

  • @Malkmusianful It's not just a play-kiss for one. For two, he didn't say God would kill him over it, however, I believe that kissing anybody in that way but your spouse is wrong. It's having a committed, loving marriage, and I think Kirk Cameron made a good decision.

  • so so good cause you have celebrities on televison and movies who kiss their non real life wives and next thing you find is that they're getting a divorce. celebrities need to take a point from him if not spiritually (as they should) but they should look at him morally.

  • Thank you so much for this precius moovie. It was part to save our relationship! Thank you and may God bless you all!

  • I love that he won't kiss another woman it is so sweet i would love for my husband one day when i get married if he was a actor or something like that i wouldn't love it if he kissed another woman even in acting

  • Where do left Jesus! Jesus was the main point of the movie!

  • He a sweet person :)

  • aw bless you.

  • @nettieheartful didn't you say that, like, ten comments ago. rofl

  • so great and he adopted 4 children as well as his biological two....he and others all volunteered with any proceeds going to his foundation campfirefly to assist terminally ill children.....go Kirk...what a call from God!

  • awesome! what a wonderful example!

  • way to go hes saying what every godly woman wants to hear!

  • ON a slightly different topic I wonder how many guys would kiss another guy on camera for a million dollars

  • @badpanda84 oh shutup this is for christians not you!!!

  • @nettieheartful I know but even for chirstains I bet if they were offered a million dollars suddenly they would still do it

  • @badpanda84 not all are sellouts like you!!!

  • @nettieheartful Maybe but I sure a lot of christians would -- a million dollars is a lot of money

  • @badpanda84 the truly godly would never sell their souls to satan like that few though they are!

  • @badpanda84 be off with you and keep your perverted thoughts to yourself and your impure godless friends you are not welcome around decent people!

  • @nettieheartful *Sighs* That's no way to win friends or win believers...

  • @SpockLover27 Im not anwerable to you sigh!

  • @SpockLover27 then be clear next time in your rebuke and who its directed to christians are used to this treatment these days and these are christians are they? No indeed!

  • @nettieheartful I thought they were being mean, I'm sorry if you were offended by my rebuking them... Are you a Christian?

  • @SpockLover27 it wasnt a rebuke it was unclear Im offended more at that I appreciate people with clear intentions even when its hatred!

  • @nettieheartful *crys* I'm so confused, so you are or you aren't a Christian?

  • @SpockLover27 boohoo you have confused yourself!

  • @nettieheartful You could call me evil if you want to, I don't care. Wanting to kill ones self isn't really evil. Yeah I almost killed myself two years ao. But I didn't, because I knew if I trusted God, everything would turn out right.

  • @SpockLover27 you liberals with your lawless ways! I know that happened years ago threats of suicide if you wont be with me is blackmail but then thats not evil either inyour view its all relative but to blame someone else and not take responsibility for your actions!

  • @nettieheartful what do you mean not take responsibility for your actions? lol I did, and it's not a threat of blackmail, I really did almost commit suicide. All teenagers nearly do at the age of 13 or so.

  • @SpockLover27 yes narrow vs wide way thats the clearly defined roads we walk on.

  • @nettieheartful You love twisting my words don't you

  • @SpockLover27 I love to show any liberal apostate the truth that we are on separate paths one to life and one to death!

  • @nettieheartful thats why you hate my words they are the truth!

  • @nettieheartful Ha'DIbaH! Hab Sosli Quch. :D I have just insulted you in Klingon.

  • @SpockLover27 occult language is it? You already insulted me in my language and you say you are sane as you say lol lol lol!

  • @SpockLover27 you denied it though shock horror!

  • @nettieheartful *yawn*

  • @SpockLover27 from your fruits on here alone you show your ignorance as a fool!

  • @nettieheartful Same to you. If you were a true Christian you would try to be building me up, not tearing me down.

  • @nettieheartful Booooo what a fail

  • @SpockLover27 a fail, not likely. It encouraged me to be a better Christian and if it encourages or leads one to Christ how is that a fail.

  • @elibeth121 I only meant if he should be doing a different job if he wants a good career...

  • Comment removed

  • @SpockLover27 to be festering and vengeful for years feeling hard done by and exacting revenge through a personal vendetta isnt wrong/bad/evil? Then what is?!

  • @nettieheartful Well I'm sorry to tell you this, but even Christians have wanted to/have committed suicide. But I myself am over that desire.

  • @SpockLover27 They arent true christians judas committed suicide its selfish/satanic yet you dont believe in the bible so Im ending this conversation as you and I are from opposing standpoints!

  • @nettieheartful Sure fine, believe your narrow view point. Just saying my youth pastors christian friend committed suicide a few moths ago. So we are going to have a talk about suicide this youth activity.

  • @SpockLover27 I dont like your channel or the vibe of you!

  • @nettieheartful no I dont have any clue that you are a christian as your channel isnt like other godly channels on here!

  • @nettieheartful Why don't you like my channel? Because I haven't faved a bunch of Christian videos? I don't think I have anything bad on my channel... And what vibe?...

  • @nettieheartful What feeling are you getting? Is it my pics of Severus Snape?

  • Comment removed

  • @nettieheartful Thank you for making me cry, you cruel, and fake, Christian...

  • @SpockLover27 you want to make me look bad when you are bad and your tears are not godly repentance but because you reaped what you sow and babylon is confusion!

  • @nettieheartful Why would I want to make you look bad? you are doing that well enough yourself...

  • @SpockLover27 you have an axe to grind with the godly well youve seen to that!

  • @nettieheartful Quoting things, and acting better then you are will not change anything. We will some day both face God, and I frankly don't know how you will do.

  • @SpockLover27 thats your judgement not God! Its your fear and worldly mentality talking You dont know God!

  • @SpockLover27 I speak as I find Im not double tounged like you are!
