  • @SovietSnpr this song is annoying

  • How did u visit to Pripyat without getting risk of radioactive contamination?

  • @VS257 Visit to Pripyat town is absolutely harmlessly. If you have realy interes - look on my site and send me email.

  • @ChernobylWildZone is it really harmlessly? i heard that radioactivity is still on surfaces ;)

  • @okvis

The danger lies not in the radionuclides, and in the radiation background. In Pripyat radiation background in the 3-4 times higher than in conventional cities.

If you stay in the city for 3-5 hours - it is absolutely harmless.

  • @ChernobylWildZone thx, then i heard that 2 days in pripyat are like one flight on plane or like one time do be rontgened :D not gramatical good but i think u'll understand :D

  • it kind of reminds me of Cod 4 ya know?

  • @Ruzzia1 because the COD 4 sniper missions are based around the chernobyl disaster

  • @lionheart718 it looks exactly like the mission "Ghillie sniper"... i think they saw this youtube vid xD

  • it kinda reminds me of COD 4

  • looks so peaceful there! too bad it radiated.

  • get out of here stalker!

  • yes thank you CernobylWildZone i already found a tour company that provides the tours to cernobyl power plant and Pripyat and its not a problem for me at all since im lithuanian im not far from Ukrain + i wont be needing viza and for a group of 7 people tour costs anly 180 USD per person so its more than superb for me the only thing that boders me that i dont have experience in traveling but good company compensates that so next summer im destination is known :D

  • How much did it cost for u Sveikas gyvas :P

  • really nice video i envy you becose youve been there seen and felt the real thing i would pay a big amount of money to have a tour or something like that in Prypiat city (the monument of soviet union type city with an incredible story) and im not really afraid of radiation becose its werth to see it O.o

  • Visit the exclusion zone and the abandoned town of Pripyat today is not so difficult. Hundreds of tourists come here every year.

  • This is such a great video...

  • I would love to visit this place. ive visited the normandy beaches, the somme fileds, stalingrad but never here, this is the place i would love to go!!!

  • @mightyboosh4895 but then you would get radioactive! :( at the start of the vid, when you are on the roof, the trees are BEAUTIFUL! 1:22 ah yes. i hated this place in call of duty 4. when the dogs saw me and the injured Cpt. MacMillan they changed targets and rushed me (i think they were eating a dead body there.). next to there, there is the big ferris wheel. am i right?

  • @Metalsonic2008

No he wouldn't. All the harmful radioactive isotypes have dissipated.

  • oh cool. so people can start moving back there slowly? god... its been like 20 years ago, and still everything is at their place like it was when people rushed out of the town... pretty creepy if you ask me. and sad. and what is really interesting is that the radioactivity is harmful to humans but the nature and (possibly) the animals survived it.

  • @Metalsonic2008

NO. It is not safe to move back in, although some people live there. The radioactivity in general is still higher than normal levels and water/food contamination is still an issue. If these radioactive isotopes get into your food suppy, it could greatly increase the chance of cancers in the future years. It is not safe to live there, however it is relatively safe to VISIT there.

  • oh. execuse my newbieness. i didnt knew those things, thanks for telling them, you've cleared things up :-D

also the music is awesome! i wonder what is the name... because i am 68% sure i heard it somewhere before!

  • I Have a Huge interest In the Whole area and i love how its a good snapshot of another time. Im actually considering my own trip to the location.

  • What your interest in this area (chernobyl exclusion zone)?

  • Comment removed

  • there are not many areas like this in the world. i would love to be able to get to walk down the road of an empty city from another time and experiance the area myself. I generally like History and Military Things/ places and when i heard of chernobyl, pripyat i was very interested in its history.

  • Thank you for your comments.

  • @ChernobylWildZone

How did you get there? I thought Pripyat is still full of radiaton?! Since I played the Flashback maps (2 maps set in pripyat 15 years ago, when Cpt. Price was still a "Leftenant") in call of duty 4, i got REALLY interested in this city! I loved enabling cheats, then god mode (you can't be damaged) and then go in the radiated areas where you arent supposed to go and wonder how IW made this town so realistic! I have got to go now, bye!

  • for some reason this interests me so much and i have no idea why

  • GET OUT OF HERE STALKER

  • This video was excellent. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! What a tragedy. I feel so bad for the people who lost everything there. Your camera work really caught the loneliness of the place. It is devoid of human occupants, yet nature still thrives. I like how you captured that. In fact, most of the pictures of Priyat that I've seen are taken in the wintertime, so we rarely get to see Pripyat during a beautiful summer day. Thank you.

Sorry that I could not respond in Russian.

  • Thank you a lot.

Your comment is so warm and cordial.

    Best wishes from Chernobyl

  • so people can still live in Chernobyl

  • Make more videos ,of chernobyl ,and dont forget to shoot strange area and closed military complex ......i realy want to see a look like yantar lake ^O^

  • Awesome! Incredible footage as always!!

  • Ghost city.
