But, just because lions in Africa fight more often doesn't mean it is much of a skilled fighter than tiger. Tigers don't need fighting experience they are naturally aggressive fighters. That's Lions for you, seperating them from Tigers is identifying the utter animocity for anything other than itself or its pride.
A Male Lion can easily tip the scales in a fight with any species of Tiger simply because of its pure aggression (which wins most fights in the animal world).

@martini9799 I agree, nothing is possible, but the lion is a muscular, robust cat, the cheetah is a lean,fragile,but fast big cat, while the leopard is somewhere in the middle,robust,muscular,but faster than the lion any day, not to mention there are so many times a lion (both male and female) has been killed by a leopard. I think a male leopard is most likely to kill a lion, but a large adult nile croc might be the dominant animal, because the hide of a croc is to hard and thick.

Tigers easily kill males? Bengals are the same size or smller than male lions, Siberians are usually slightly larger. But, tiger vs lion is very unpredictable, like lion vs. lion or tiger vs. tiger. It depends on the individual animal.

Me too, I've seen many videos. But the males in those vids aren't wild animals most times, and they are Asiatic lions most of the time. Full breed African, wild black maned lion could put up a good fight against a Siberian and I'd put my money on the lion winning, it depends purely on the animal.

That's not true at all. The only reason people favour the tiger is because of the popular but misguided belief that the tiger is bigger. That and it is their favourite animal.
But if you look at the facts and attributes to each of them it's easy to see that the tiger evolved as an ambush predator, and the lion a fighter.
In a contest of hunting the male tiger would win over the male lion, however in a contest of fighting, the male lion wins the majority of the time.

No it's not true. A tiger is an ambush predator it's true but it wouldn't see the lion as prey it would see the lion as a rival so it wouldn't attack him in that way. Because the tiger is an ambush predator it would avoid fighting or attacking a rival to begin with.
