90% of the time I see a girl beat a guy in armwrestling (including Youtube vids), it's because the guy has absolutely terrible form.

The guy always starts off in a poorer position where his arm is noticeably more extended than the girls, and he usually has a poor grip. These things are just as important if not more so than strength when it comes to armwrestling.
