Maybe it's because I'm starting to get into a Halloween mindset, but this look is actually kind of perfect for a bird of paradise costume! Seriously, I'd just glue on some feathers on the edges, or use some feather eyelashes and it would be perfect! Great job on the tutorial!

whats the difference between eye pencil and eye liner, is one an eye shadow?

Eyeliner comes in a variety of ways: pencil, liquid and gel. Each gives a different result. Pencil is easier to smudge for smokey eyes (and it never really sets). Liquid takes a second or two to set but gives you a precise line. This is the hardest to apply for non-professionals. Gel, like liquid, takes time to set but you can apply it with an angle brush for easier application. The downside to gel is the product will dry out if you don't keep it sealed when now using. Good luck!
