I dont feel so bad now. I have the same unit,but it is built to match the prototype. I put all hoses,handrails,ditchlights and grab irons on it, plus an engineer. This train is built to run and should be moving at track speed instead of creeping around corners. These engines are indeed rare,and should be presented much better than this:(

Coastergreg is pretty chill. I hang out with him every now and then. I finally found a coaster engine. It's 3001. It has a DCC quick plug so I can make it run DCC at my friends club so it's all good or if I wanted to run it analog I can. So I'm happy. Now I have a legit coaster train. Before it was 3 cars and an Amtrak California engine, but that's because I got those parts back in 2001

verry nice commuter set there, i have the cal train set with 5 cars. I was wondering what sound decoder do you have in there, I was thinking of putting in a tusami sound decoder in my F40ph and then a mrc sounder in my cab car for horn and bell, what do you use?

dude, I am at the same club and I can let you run my train for some time if you want. All you have to do to become a member is: 1)Fill out an application. 2)Pay $10 flat fee. 3) For full membership capabilities, complete and pass a retakable, open book test. Its really easy and can be completed in less than two days. PM for more info if needed.
