Why would anybody want to be tried under Common Law? It hasn't existed in Australia since 1875 when the Judicature Act came into enforcement. I was present on the day and I could not believe how the Police and Court Security Officers involved over reacted to the situation, no one in the court (Public Gallery) presented a threat to any person or property, and the treatment and response used to control the situation was totally uncalled for.
This is a great video to use as what not to do. Dont get me wrong. I think what you have provided here is extremely honourable and very important for us all to learn from. For example, in your introduction the judge then asks (i think) for the 'defendent' to move into the court, and the response is "No, he's staying here." This creates contoversay, or a conflict.

Perhaps one should also look at the Australian Constitution. It is not an Australian Constitution at all. Indeed it was formed we are told by Constitutional Conventions in the 1890's. However what very few people know is that the Australian Constitution is a British Act of Parliament. Thats right our rights and freedoms are at the behest of the British Crown. Look at the title of the Australian Constitution and why at article one do they state this bill maybe refereed to as its short name.

@42kang DO some research of your own 42 kang and you will find magistrates courts ARE ALL maritime, contract, and statute courts (directed by GOV,s) Supreme courts in WA aren't to far behind and are carrying on in the same way. If you do know the difference between Common Law and maritime or statute law, sit in on some court hearings these-days (AS WE DO) and prepare to be dissapointed in what you see and hear!

Be sure to take this matter to the High Court, and try and get a High Court ruling about Entities and private corporations masquerading as "courts" and "police".
If you do it right, that magistrate and those thugs are in SERIOUS trouble and the HC can rule that all people working within the "justice system" need to be trained in basic Constitutional and Common Law.
If you request the HC to rule on that, there's a good chance that they will.

This is a great video to use as what not to do. Dont get me wrong. I think what you have provided here is extremely honourable and very important for us all to learn from. For example, in your introduction the judge then asks (i think) for the 'defendent' to move into the court, and the response is "No, he's staying here." This creates contoversay, or a conflict.

He then went on to say to her answer that she did not have to provide the certificate "yes you do, otherwise the court is a fraud". Then the so called Magistrate threatened she would have him removed...something she can't do as she has not proven her authority. She was the one that created the controversy.
