  • If it were 2012 she woulda had an IPhone4s

  • nothing beats the original babee

  • Japanese women are really pretty!

  • okay wait..i need someone who can make this clearer...like what IS the Grudge really about and what does it mean ...when a the person loses his life a new curse is born? So if the family moved in the house where the grudge lives they take over htere minds and theyrre actually cursed?

  • @brokeninfinitysonic1 ....in Japanese folklore a Ju-on (curse or grudge) is created when a victim dies as a result of another's rage. If the victim had unresolved issues related to feelings of helplessness that victim returns to the mortal world as a Onryō (a vengeful ghost). The Onryō is confined to the place of their death. Anyone who enters the place where the victim dies becomes a target of the Ju-on and in some fashion will ultimately die.

    ...continued in next comment.....

  • @brokeninfinitysonic1 ...with that death the Onryō is no longer confined to the original place of death. Thru the death of the target the curse expands, the Onryō can spread out to the places the target could go to in life, thus the Ju-on can spread out and kill family or friends of the targets. A spreading evil until it is recognized for what it is and the proper death rituals are conducted to stop the curse.

  • @geekeing ooh! so it spreads to 1 target to another? Oh, so the ju-on is actually following the targets life debt and it's also targeting the target's family as well, so thats why everyone dies...oh okay...if i still got this wrong you can correct me if you want

  • @brokeninfinitysonic1 ...when you refer to "life debt" do you mean karma? If so karma is not a factor in the grudge. Just walking into the cursed house or being close to someone who did enter the house is enough to become a target. Otherwise, you got it!!!....:-)

  • @geekeing Yay! and by life dept.....i meant by like umm.....like my life is already have been debt...it's kinda like that dept...not karma...

  • @brokeninfinitysonic1 ...then you definitely got it.

    Success in all you undertake.

  • @geekeing teehee thank you..i enjoyed the movie...i think this is more understanding than the american one..cuz the grudge in the american one wasnt even japanese...i think....

  • @brokeninfinitysonic1 ....no, the Grudge is still Japanese in nature, but it was dumbed down a bit for American audiences. Stephen Susco wrote the script for the American version when Shimizu Takashi (Takashi is the first name) was both scriptwriter and director for the Jpn original. But there is one saving grace for the American version, Shimizu-san is the director.

  • @geekeing ooooh....okay.....but the game was kinda okay....it's for the wii but basically it all talked about the family members and you play as them but at the end of the level you die

  • jeez, i can't watch a japanese film without seeing a buncha america bashing. just shut up and watch the movie!

  • Boy watching tv: oh no, its snowing so much, I can't see the lady anymore (gets closer to the screan) AHHHHH it won't go away!!!!! (backs up in horror)

  • Be nice to own this original! :D

  • nothing can beat a japanses horror film...I hate the america's verson of it...Its craaaap!!

    Original is better! <3 <3

  • @xPunkPupxAidoux

    Sure is~

    Can't agree more~~

  • @xPunkPupxAidoux ^+9000

  • hai,BichoRocanrolero, can you teach me speak uruguay??i'm malaysian...

  • MEOW

SAMEONE HAVE TO UPLOAD Ju-on: Shiroi Rōjo AND/OR Ju-on: Kuroi Shōjo

My english is not perfect. im from uruguay

  • @BichoRocanrolero You're right, i was looking and i don't found xDD ps: i'm from your neighbour, Argentina :3 xDD

  • MEOW

  • 2:43 Shawty gon be dead!

  • they've killed up the baby's blood in the phone box. lol

  • juon means i drink in our language (finnish) :D

  • why the hell is yuki alive?????? :O i am just wondering, she was killed in the last movie by kayako...... -_-

  • @Arya08119426 ...quite right. Yuki is dead. May I ask where do you think you see her?

  • @Arya08119426 The first 30 minutes or so of Ju-on The Curse 2 are a recap of the first film, pretty much.

  • yay part 2 (:

  • tnx for leaving out the scenes from the previous movie!!

  • thumbs up if you came here as soon as you finished Juon the curse 1 part 1! ahaha since you just can't get enough even though it scares you! >_<

  • exactly, why did kayako kill kobayashi if she is so obssessed with him?? or did kobayashi died of heart attack?? no one seems to answer this question so why??????

  • @firewrecker ...because Kayako is no longer Kayako, her Spirit is trapped by a curse of blind vengeance because of her death was the result of her husband's rage. In Japanese folklore Kayako is now a Onryō, a vengeful ghost. And her vengeance doesn't follow the Western idea of righting a wrong done to the victim. This vengeance lashes out at anyone within it's sphere of influence, in this case, the Saeki house. And with those new deaths, the curse can spread.

  • this movie is so friggin scary!my favourite!

  • my bad i ment to say not knowing. hehehe fail

  • thnak u sooo much !!

  • awesome upload, thanks!!!

  • what a stupid idea, to make the door open outsides. what if you open the door and smash the vistor's face with it? lol

  • @Mikuru83 ....that would only happen to foreigners. Since all Japanese doors open the same way, everyone already knows not to stand too close. And with a little experience, I'm sure, foreign visitors will know better...lol

  • @geekeing oh xD i would have had my face smashed in a couple of times already lol

  • actually takeo is already dead too like kayako. he hung himself after he killed her and toshio in a rage.

  • @LisaTigressHardy ....the suicide of Takeo Saeki is only seen in the American version, The Grudge. In the original Japanese version Kayako kills Takeo in Ju-on, the 2000 direct-to-video film, which started the series of movies, both Japanese and English.

  • The old comments in this are so unrelated and lame :/

  • Wasn't Kanna the one who was ripped apart in Ju-On2?

  • @XxGorexCelxX ...yes, it is the same student.

  • @geekeing Ahh okay.

  • (continuing from my last comment)

Kobayashi's wife, Manami, died from having her fetus removed from her body. The fetus of course died in the removal process, and Takeo was behind this. He called Kobayashi from a phonebooth near his house to tell him he had done it. He (Takeo) then leaves the phonebooth with the fetus in a sack. When he stops for a moment, he hits the sack repeatedly on the ground or railing. Takeo, then falls in front of piles of trash and is killed by Kayako's ghost.

  • @hamsandwicheater how about Kanna? an her brother? how did they die? also her mother?..

  • @KayHeL Glad to see someone actually takes concern into a movies story line!

I believe that the deaths you listed - Kanna, her brother, their mother - are shown or explained in some kind of prequel or sequel from Juon. I believe it's called Katasumi and 4444444444 - something in similarity - I'm quite sure that this explains Kanna's death and probably her brothers, too.

If not message me and I'll look into it more for you. :)

  • @hamsandwicheater Oh! i see!! okay I'll look for it, hope that its posted here somewhere!! >_< ...thanks ever so much!

  • OKAY, going to clear up the deaths for those who are confused:

Yuki was killed by Kayako when she was pulled into the attic by her. Mizuho was killed by Toshio, while in admist of awaiting for the janitor to return. Kayako was killed by her husband, Takeo. She had her neck twisted at a 90 degree angle, and her throat crushed (hence the gurgling noises she makes). Kobayashi had a heart attack when he fell against the wall, looking at the bloody corpse of Kayako.

  • @hamsandwicheater thanks ever so much!!! >_< i appreciate your explanations!!! I've been so confused all along!

  • This gonna give me anightmare.

  • what does it mean elementary teacher dies? at the end of ju on 1 they said kobayashi was sent to the hospital, but his wife and baby died... right? or am i confusing that with someone else?

  • @neroxero ....perhaps you are mixing up the Japanese and American versions? In the original "Ju-on" (2000) Kobayashi dies before he can escape the Saeki house. He dies at the front door by heart attack. In "The Grudge" (2004), Karen (Sarah Michelle Gellar) survives and is sent to the hospital.

  • 7:28 there was a black square next to her

  • @MegaRedDust LOL I noticed that, too.

  • Shitty TV @ the beginning LOL

  • thanks to posting that movie... i love Japan movies and in general Asian movies...

I dont was at current of that movie... so i'm glad to watch it now...

Perhaps i'll watch it again to understand it better...

    Thank you very much! ^^

  • japanese women r so hot xDD

  • why did she kill the person she was obsessed with is my question

  • 2:45 game over dude

  • has anyone else notice how everyones hair is black

  • @foxfire1500

Everyone's hair is black because they are in Japan, not on the U.S.

  • @foxfire1500 lol omg this is just retarded u trolling?

  • @nekonekobot ????? what's trolling?

  • @foxfire1500 This is the internet I think you can search it by searcing google not something I will bother explaining. but that was a dumb comment... Shesh it's common sense...

  • @nekonekobot it was just a simple question dont get all mad at me. im sure most people go through life knowing what trolling means

  • @foxfire1500 ....trolling is a internet slang term. It refers to a person who posts insulting or nonsequitur comments just to annoy others for no good reason. They do it because the troll thinks it's fun. Think of the disputive student who acts out in class just to get attention.

And NEVER stop asking questions, there are no dumb questions only individuals who lack the empathy to realize not everyone knows what they know, or think they know.

  • whats that one movie that was banned in America? about kids left on an island to fend for themselves and they did it for a reality tv show in japan?

  • @jamminjayzee Battle Royale

  • @JapanItWithCortney omg! i freakin thank u ! i will watch it. if ur like me and wanna watch smthin gross u should watch 3 guys 1 hammer-a real video showing 3 guys killing an old man with a hammer accidentally leaked ol. :D

  • @JapanItWithCortney ...it was not Battle Royale. Battle Royale was not a reality TV show nor was it televised.

  • japanese horrors are the best!! it never fails to meet my expectations,,,

  • Which Ju-On film am I thinking of? it's the one where Kayako is shown as a young child and she pushes her mother down some steps and kills her. (It may be the newest two films)

  • @mikeyzxc2 that's JU ON THE GRUDGE 2 :)

  • Love this <3

  • @jedfernanlitonjua, I grew up watching all kinds of gory horror movies & I truly enjoyed them! When I was a toddler, I'd sit up at night with my mother & watch them before going to sleep. They actually bothered her instead of me! (^_^)

  • hahahah same here xD

  • aww. that guy in the beginning was cute.

  • Speaking of that don't we also watch that kind of movie...I mean right now XD. Lol, just kidding =)

  • no u idiot cant u see this movie was made long b4 that came out lol

  • @oomsbun ....actually no. The original The Ring (Ringu) was released in 1998, 2 years before Ju-on (the original Japanese direct-to-video film, 2000). This one, Ju-on 2 is the sequel later released also in 2000. So Mildseven73's question is valid.

  • @geekeing yeah my bad i was probally thinking of the remake didnt know there was an original till recently lol soz

  • @oomsbun ...no problem. I, myself hadn't seen the original Ju-on until I found it here on YouTube since the original was a local video which was only seen in Japan. Later the official DVD was released to Germany and Scandinavia only. Such a pity, after the movies did so well you would think the original and the sequel would be released internationally too. Myself, I want both for my collection! I wish you success in all you do.

  • jesus christ mildseven, I don't even understand how you found the movie without knowing it came way before all the american shit.

  • wow, you're a stupid ass mother fucker who needs to understand that the universe doesn't revolve around america and that not everything comes from here. The Ring, The Grudge, all that shit are remakes of movies that are originally Japanese! man, if not leave the U.S. once in a while, you should at least learn a thing or two about the world.

  • @AlexBrasil123123 or if your cheap like me, you can go next door to your vietanamese neighbors and learn about asian culture from there :P

  • @mildseven73 ...not exactly. While the original Ringu was released in 1998 and Ju-on was released in 2000 both draw on Japanese folklore regarding ghosts. But the major difference between the 2 is the Ringu (Ring) Sadako was a powerful psychic who channels her essence via the tape. Kayako is a traditional ghost; a Yūrei who is trapped on earth due to a strong emotion; anger or hatred.

  • Probably the real estate agent gave sake only to the husband, not to the wife.

    How stupid !!!!!!

  • is ju-on the curse and ju-on the grudge different movies?

  • ju-on the grudge is the american remake of ju-on the curse

  • No, The Grudge is the american remake of Ju-On: The Grudge. Ju-on: The Grudge is the theatrical sequel to Ju-On: The Curse.

  • @evilmick66

Yeah but let me add this to make it easier to understand. this is the order of ju-on films (japanese) Ju-on, Ju-on 2, Ju-on: The Grudge, Ju-on: The Grudge 2. So that is 4 total then Here on the U.S. The Grudge was release and it was a remake of the 3rd Japanese film or Ju-on The Grudge. But then on The Grudge 2 (US) they changed the story they did not followed the japanese story and that is why people didnt like it anymore.

  • Yes, they're different movies as far as I can tell from the plot summaries on wikipedia. Haven't seen Juon Grudge yet.

  • Look on Wikipedia under "ju-on" for more info.

  • 1:35 We're watching a low-budget movie in a low-budget movie! YAY!!!

  • Yo dawg I heard you like low-budget movies so we put a low-budget movie in your low-budget movie so you can watch your low-budget movie while you watch your low-budget movie.

  • lol

    That's the best idea EVER!!!

  • LOL

    xD

  • hey, low-budget movie makes the reality!

  • haha, well, that's true ///_^

Ju-On: The Grudge lost that same low-budget feel that Ju-On: The Curse had. haha

  • THx For only posting up the new stuff! it would be boring to watch the same stuff again.

  • What a dispicable person you are and may God punish you for that name

  • @halogod18 idd japanese girls owns :) congratz

  • @halogod18 dude, all women are beautiful. People are just so obsessed with proving one race superior to the other. As long as you love someone, that's all that matters in the end ;D

  • @sadanimations Exactly what I was thinking. =)

  • terrible intro

  • Cheh, don't think you're better than the rest of us. I wouldn't be surprised if you were a slob eating a bag of chips on the couch. well i have news for ya. there's lousy dental hygiene in EVERY culture, it's life, boozo.

  • LOL..... i cant help but love these movies. x3

  • excuse me but i find that really offensive. I'm part japanese and not all of them have bad hygiene. there are some people everywhere with bad hygiene!!!so i suggest you watch what you say!!

  • exactly, im half japanese, and as a matter of fact, asians are the people who bathe most often, so EAT THAT!!! because we are clean. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, sorry, something in the movie startled me.

  • @Jaiqiao27 mmmsure

  • What was the point of the first part where the kid was just sitting there watching a movie or something? Is he related to the teacher at all?

  • No, the kid is the son of the real estate agent who manages Kayako's house for reselling. Later on it is reveled how the flat that the Real Estate agent and son live in is strongly connected to the curse.

  • How does that elementary school teacher dies?

  • for a heart attack

  • Look at Ju-on 1 ^-^

  • wow

    this movie is awesome:D

    way better than then grudge

  • Um this is the grudge just the original version

  • no this is the prequel to the grudge

    cause it started with 4444444444

    and then its ju-on:the curse

    Ju-on :the curse 2

    then its the grudge

  • Her trousers look way to short!! oO

    Did you notice?

  • love this movie alot

  • Hey the first 3 mins looks like something you'd see from "The Ring" or "Ringu".

    Thanks for th UL.

  • it's because when you read the dvd cover, it says "From the creators of Ringu"

  • what you attacking me for?

  • that suzuki girl is pretty :-)

  • japanese ppl really concern on beauty. they have better cosmetic tech and thats y they have perfect hair

  • Hardly. Do you really think eveyone can afford it? If you been there, you'll find most of the people actually live half as well as we do here. It's just that they eat more iron, zinc, vitamin B with fresher ingredients (fish and seaweed are great for this) and maintain a regular schedule. You know, simple but consistent stuff that most beautiful people here do as well

  • why do Japanese people ALWAYS have perfect hair?? Sooo not fair! Most of them don't even have to photoshop their hair for a shampoo commercial!!

  • i'm kinda rich too but guess you can buy much better hair products in Japan!

  • @KenyagirLL AAHAHAHA

  • most japanese are not rich, but in japanese culture they do have a better diet than Americans, less processed junk food. I've been to Japan and I found even their fries are less greasy than in the USA....lol

  • @mynameisahben 1 year of this comment being the most stupidest thing evar

  • it's because their diet is almost based on rice that it's fibre and food like this, that's why their hair is perfect hahaha :s

  • thanks! Now i need to find the best rice in the land!

  • toshia

  • WAAAAAAAAA FINALY!!!!!

  • Is it just me or does the music at the beginning sound like the halo theme?

  • Ju-On: The Grudge is much better than this. But thank you to upload this because I've always wanted to see this.

  • Ju on The Curse 1 is the scariest.

  • this isnt the actual ju on its a mini movie remake called the curse

  • no its the first juon straight to video thing made in 2000. the remakes were the ones that were in the theatres.

  • Assault608 shut up you mong.

Just 'cause you're no good at this stuff, doesn't mean no one else is. God! How pathetic are you arguing over a movie.

    Probably because you're jealous... Phaa

  • thanx for uploading this!!!!!! i always wanted to see it

  • OMG, that's the telephone booth where Takeo crushed the baby!

  • w00t! Onto the second part now!

  • is this the real movie? it looks homemade or something.

  • I think that's its strength.

  • Actually, this is one of the films.

  • yea this is the real movie

  • not homemade, rather a made-for-TV movie. It proved so popular via video sales it led to the major movie we know today

  • it is the 2nd part of the series. This great series started as V-Cinema, direct-to-video productions. It proved so popular efforts made it into the theater versions we all know now...both Japanese and English. And the homemade look, since it was a direct-to-video effort the budget was very small.
