@CakewalkSoftware okay. now. say that i've finished recording a song, and when i export it, and listen to it, i sounds like the volume is increasing and decreasing all on its own, and it doesnt sound like the way it would play on the program, the volume level goes back and forth as if it were modulated or an effect was added but nothings there. why is that???
well damn!..that sucks... is there any way i can get autotune or the tpain effect in "SONAR HOME STUDIO VERSION 7"?.... if so.. please hit me back asap
Too late. But, if there is software that makes ME sound better, it's pretty damn cool! It's kinda like Walmart. We all hate it until we have to use it ourselves! LOL
V-Vocal is available in SONAR Producer only... "7 XL" is the latest version of our SONAR Home Studio software... no it is not included in the 'Home Studio' products
I just started using this today and was messing with some T-Pain based lyrics, even though I cannot sing. This thing is very uniue and a fun tool to mess with.
hey...i have sonar 6 and when i try to record something, i cant! i press "R" and nothing happens;;;;also, when i try to hear a song, i'm not able to play it!! plleaaaase help mee!
As described in an article on Sonar, V-Vocal is not a plug-in. Instead, you turn a clip into a "V-Vocal" clip, which then shows up in the V-Vocal display. This is where you control pitch, time-stretching (including elements within a file), formant, and dynamics....
COOL, I knew it, when I decided between Sonar and Pro Tools. Even though Pro Tools is the accepted standard, for me Sonar ALWAYS works seemlessly. It's like the word, "duh".
That vocal clip sounds so much like Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins.

I have to admit, it's fun to play around with this type of software. It just sucks that this type of thing is used professionally.
