  • you should have kept on teaching, expecially this person. did not cut part of the artichoke off the top. even when cutting with scissors, you said there were still prickly on top. , this is an awful recipe. my sicilian grandmother would be waving her hands up in the air with this recipe with using that butter. this is a disaster

  • my great grandma was from sicily and made this for us..it is probally over 100's of year old recipe..

  • Really...there's not much stuffing on the leaf no shit...this is not how you make stuffed artchoke...the stuffing is carefully filled onto each leaf not poured on like he did...he should no better.
