@lilchico6908 I was able to get my refund from clubtix through a service request; Originally they refunded me the ticket and service charge but still charged me S&H for my ticket ($4.50). Then I wrote ~2000 words about how they had the nerve to do that after what happened.. how a ticket refund doesn't justify all the lost time, excitement, experiences, etc. you know kind of implying they should do more. and all they did was give me the $4.50.
