This is so true. So many people are like "I've tried eating healthy! It did nothing for my skin."

But then they turn around and eat crap like whole grains and soy.

@ozmonto Yes :) There is so much in body psychotherapy about the "bony chest", I wish I could share it with you!! But if it helps, I know I have to work on *love* in all-ways to pull the energy flow up.. food's not going to do it.

isn't it interesting that i went to my doctors to request allergy testing and they HIT the roof they would not allow me to go near it, i went in again the other day AGAIN same reaction!

they want me to try accutane NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!

why are they not letting me go for an allergy test...mmm...curious

gonna try and get it done privately and yeh interesting hormone saliva test...never knew about that.

@clknish Wow, how horrible that doctors can be so silly like that!! I got my allergy testing done through an allergy clinic that does kineseology testing, I didn't have to go through a doctor. Hope this helps.

roobios tea as a toner is working so well for my acne! I think its because of the natural AHA's and Zinc in it.

Fran have you ever tried taking apple cider vinegar internally to help with acne? Would you recommend it?

You look like you've lost weight again little chicken. The only thing I've ever found remotely helpful for weight gain is antihistamine tablets (not an ideal solution but they help a bit). Sorry I went off on a tangent. All the best for your trip fran xxx

@ozmonto Ha, actually no it's still there! Unfortunately for me I carry most of it on my stomach and down ;) But I'm working with energy healers to open up my chest energy center to pull my weight gain up there too
