Fandubbers get recorders, shout there lines with the character on the screen (Make sure the volumes off so the character's real voice doesn't mix in,) and send it to the person who throws it all together.
That's one way. Though it will be hard to use a recorder and play the anime all at the same time, causing the sync to be a little off. Another way you could do it without a recorder is through a mic. It records your voice and the video at the same time, so you would not have to have a hard time playing with two outputs.
Well I pretty much answered my own question, didn't I? I was going to use my Vegas program to do this, but then my trial expired and I have to ask a relative of mine to send me the registered version via FTP. In the meantime, I will make the script, so it is easier to compose it together in the end.
Well, I guess you can. Its attached to a headset. You can meddle with the quality by adjusting how far it is from your mouth. I'll lend it to you on Friday.
stupid.

Of course I did! I have a part helping a friend dub a Higurashi part! Can I use your mic if you have one?
