  • Hate it when vboth bells ring. It's REALLY annoying. Quality needs a bit of work. 4*

  • Weird how the mini-bell rings the whole time while the other bell rings only when the gates lower and rise...

  • yeah I know. The only problem was that the mini bell wouldn't ring during the winter because the hammer would freeze in place. Same thing happened with Depot Rd's Mini bell.

  • Dumb kid on a bicycle at the end, I guess he wants to be a truck driver. That was a nice clean filming from start to finish. Everytime I watch a movie clip shot at a grade crossing I expect to see a 18 wheeler gum it all up.

  • How old are those gates? Its hard to find one that shrinks as you go down the gate.

  • To tell the truth, they are quite common in Maine. All you ever see was shrinking style gates. You hardly ever saw one size gates.

  • BTW, where was the mini? I didn't see it!

  • you can't see it. The crossbuck and extra side lights are on extra supports while the mini bell is on the main pole, so the crossbuck blocks the view of the mini bell.

  • Very nice sounding mini, but I do prefer the tone which is in 'B'.

  • by the looks of it he was bound for the paper mill in rumford cuz of the coal hoppers on the end cuz that is what they do when they bring it rumford is put the coal hoppers on the rear.

  • Very nice! This line gets about 8 trains per day, right? What kind of camera do you use? I have a JVC GR-D750U.

  • I use a Kodak EasyshareC643

  • You are right. Around 8 trains a day, though I believe more come in the night. I always heard about 4-6 trains during the night and early mornings. it could be more than 8.

  • By far, my favorite video from you! Nice!!!

  • cool even side walk gates

  • Awesome video,5 stars!!!!!!

  • She's a movin' there! From this video I'm sure the locomotive is a GP40-2LW, don't know though if it's ex-CN or if Guilford purchased it new or from somewhere else.

Those look like some completely intact old style WRRS Model 10 signals! :-D

  • Those gate mechanisms are GRS/WRRS.

  • they r ex-CN units

  • the unit is a Ex CN GP40-2 (safety cab). The number of the CN unit BEFORE it became Guilford MEC 504 was CN 9466.

  • Sounds Like The Mini Bell i Own!is it Black? Looks Like its Mounted Backwards..
