Man, the 1990s was an out-of-control decade for Sesame Street, what with that calypso opening and the Around the Corner setting and editing classic segments and the slow Elmo take-over, not to mention that ugly pre-1998 Baby Bear puppet and the Bellhop version of Benny Rabbit

Around the Corner and all, I still think Sesame Street spent most of the 1990s being its familiar self.
