Uhm, you're not supposed to arch your back while you do this stretch. If anything, you should rotate the pelvis forward (the motion opposite of what happens when you arch your back).
your going to feel it in the front of the leg, reach back and grab the ball. ha ha. I don't feel it and don't even have a ball, help, ha ha. (: this sounds so perverted and plus I'm a guy :)
