I remember watching my brother playing this game (i was very young and i just couldn't finish the 2nd stage DX)... @Kasigi03 You're so damn right. You forget quickly about graphics or many in-game innovations (excluding Duke Nukem 3D for example, its solutions were so damm fun and uncommon), but music stays in you head for long (DN3D had a great OST, too, and doesn't allow me to forget such gems as Turrican).

Love this track! It sounds very final level-ish, in fact I thought it was for the final level until I saw that the boss wasn't the Joker haha.

I have the PAL version of the game which weirdly has the music at a lower pitch, though still the same speed. Sounds great either way!

there was a licensed joystick for the nes wich converts mono into stereo,it does it by fastly alternating the sound from left,middle to the richt,this creates a im pressive stereo effect.

you connected the joystick to the audio out of your nes and plug a earphone on your joypad..

the hardest boss after the joker is the boss at this level. Kind of 2 squares shooting missels or something like that. U had to concentrate on 1 square and then the another =)

I don't know, I personally had more trouble with the cathedral level (the final level). I admit that this was a hard stage but it didn't take me as long to beat this stage as it did to beat the last stage.
