Damnations are the best Command Ship, If you mean EHP only that is. A Damantation can have 950k EHP with Deadspace mods and 700k+ with just T2.

not really ive seen an astarte tank 2-3 battleships, HAC and 3 battle cruisers i am not the piolet but my friend and i were running around in war times and got cornerd i died of course but he stayed through i know there are better tanks but still its pretty good :)

It's a command ship, with more HP than as Battleship...

By HP you mean hit points? Because it doesn't have more hit point than any battleship in the game. Maybe effective hit points with resists included but not straight HP.

actually even with a mwd they can still prop jam you

they can scramble you yes ...but the scram is only 24 km range ...command with mwd can reach 1000m/s ships with no mwd reach only 150-200-250 m/s :) so u can get out of his scram range but still ..going for the gate and jumping off saves u faster ...they have agro cant jump you got 1 min to gtfo :)
