I highly doubt that.

Most, if not all, stations would have guards to keep watch. But by merely keeping watch does not mean such an immature act would have been permitted; especially in a country like Japan where respect is of the utmost importance. The simple message here is don't go to other people's country thinking you own it. Have respect. And if you or anyone else can not appreciate nor comprehend that, it's time you grow up.
