Yeah. We were going to end it before all the talking and stuff but we told the guys who helped us film that they could be in the video. So most of the second half is for them. :)

the first part is really inspirational like your helping out all the local kids or something and i am goin to stop messin about and go out and train some parkour baby!
second part what was goin on there the quality went down hill and we had to listen to the shane show.
they say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit... they obviously hadn't met shaney rouncey... only pullin your leg mate... but not really.
