New School: All look the same all dance the same. It's about developing your own personal style, your own set of moves and rhythms. Not seeing 7 people dancing in a circle who all look like carbon copies of one another.

That said, this is still a good video and some of the moves are quite impressive. Like the old school footage the best, Need to bring back the Phat pants. Having your own individualized set of phats helps to create that distinctive look to your dance.
