Everybody on this page is wrong about gaining size. Each body is different, so different substances may react to different people according to their DNA build. Of course being bigger already has nothing to do with gaining mass, you can be small and potentially get a very large build. Having a large frame on the other hand, will make you look bigger to begin with, obviously. What you really need is a good diet, and that diet needs to be tuned to what you want, and working out, and proper cardio.

Time, persistent training and the right food. Its not that remarkable its just that most people will never do what it takes to get it done.

I was a skinny ass kid now I'm pretty buff. I went from 175 to 235 over a few years. Anyone can do it if they want it and they are willing to learn what it takes then do it.

lol. Ive trained quite a few people. In my experience you can get a lot of results with proper diet and proper exorcise. Im not a fan of weird substances to gain muscle. If youre serious about getting a lot more size id say do a lot of research and just believe in yourself.
