First: they were smoking pot (yes, it was pot, the cops smelled it and a buddy of mine who had just left the scene saw the kids smoking pot) on a platform where no smoking is allowed. They were also piss drunk and belligerent in public which is also against bylaws.

So Tansit Cops try to talk to someone breaking a minor baylaw. They are told to basicaly get lost. Fine, but don't be mad when they go hands on.. They try to arrest the suspect but his friends keep closing in and yelling and are aggresvie. The arrest is fine, the OC spraying of a hostile crowd is fine! So lets see...the suspect was asked to provide ID but was not complying, the peace officers arrested the suspect under sec. 3 of the provincial offences procedures act for identification purposes. The other idiots were asked multiple times to stand back and they didnt, so they got mazed and batoned, that was justified. The other guy who got arrested last was a threat to officers safety by mouthing off and threatening the peace officers. So he got arrested for obstruction.. idiots.
