  • HAHAHA easy shit, I still prefer aerial acrobatics! but that can be a good start for someone who never did that kind of thing before. :)

  • I think its funny people only try anything once and already know all about something...lol I have been enjoying yoga and Aerial....LOVE it..

  • "Deep relaxation" - yeah, that's called sleeping.

  • I tired this yoga, it is hard. Its great for back decompressions the poses are hard to do for me becuase I feel like I going fall out of the silk.

  • Is aerial yoga okay for someone who is a little older and has some back/neck issues?

  • Awesome video! I took my first aerial class last week and I'm HOOKED! It feels super freeing. I can't wait to get my own silk :) What song was in the video? I really liked it, nice choice!

  • this is beautiful. Great instruction video for antigravity yoga. Thanks!

  • I love the music of the videoclip so much Do you know the name of that beautiful music ?

  • I've been playing/ practicing for years. Today I went to the park next to the beach and did standing poses. Kapo and restorative in the privacy of nature. In front of God and everyone. Tomorrow, theraputics and joy under a giant purple Jacaranda. I love my swing. Wanna play?

  • where did you get your hammock fabric?

  • I took an aerial yoga class a few months ago, but it was pretty basic. We only learned how to do about half of the poses. :/

  • @SimplyLaurel

If you liked it keep going! It takes more than 1 class to learn anything...
