Awesome video! I took my first aerial class last week and I'm HOOKED! It feels super freeing. I can't wait to get my own silk :) What song was in the video? I really liked it, nice choice!
I've been playing/ practicing for years. Today I went to the park next to the beach and did standing poses. Kapo and restorative in the privacy of nature. In front of God and everyone. Tomorrow, theraputics and joy under a giant purple Jacaranda. I love my swing. Wanna play?
ya ok so since my post ive tried the hammock, made me very dizzy, was the feeling of slightly shifting and not having control by the end of the hour i was about to either pass out or puke, i could do the inverts no problem, its definately harder than it works my shoulder were killing me afterwards
Very cool

I tired this yoga, it is hard. Its great for back decompressions the poses are hard to do for me becuase I feel like I going fall out of the silk.

Is aerial yoga okay for someone who is a little older and has some back/neck issues?

I took an aerial yoga class a few months ago, but it was pretty basic. We only learned how to do about half of the poses. :/

If you liked it keep going! It takes more than 1 class to learn anything...
