They make way more on foreclosing then modification. thanks to the bailout to AIG and big banks.The Gov allowed this because all there buds (big banks ) were making huge money...and now with the biggest financial heist in American history they have hedged there bets and made money on the bailouts. I firmly believe that the reason a lot of these servicers/investors, whatever, are not helping us is because they have no legal authority to. If you see the entirt MERS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, on your paperwork, it is most likely an ILLEGAL FORECLOSURE. The banks that are trying to steal our homes are criminals, pure and simple.
